"Location was fab, overlooking river and Howlesden Hill. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.. BBQ good too. Had one very cold day/night, but heating sorted quickly with owner. Will be back another day for more Steamboat adventures."

"This property was fantastic! All the rooms were clean and everyone had a wonderful time. It was the perfect space for us to celebrate our bride to be. It was close to everything in town but still had a mountain feel as it was tucked away and surrounded by trees. Loved staying here and can’t wait to visit again! "

"Beautiful property, lots of amenities, close to town. There was plenty of room for 9 people. You Can walk to several restaurants. We all enjoyed the community hot tub and pool. It was great having a washer & dryer in the house. Steamboat Springs is a beautiful town. We would come back and stay here again!"
