Welcome to this charming townhome in Steamboat Springs with views of the ski area, steps from the Gore trail, and on the bus line to zip you up to the ski area base. This marvelous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed (Twin over Full)and with 4 bathrooms equipped with showers, bathtub, guests will feel right at home.

The cozy living space is perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. Living space has plenty of seating for everyone, a gas fireplace, large screen TV w/ cable and internet. There are many games (including a poker set) and puzzles to entertain all ages. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to cook and serve a feast. I have at least 50 spices, and all the usual basics available to use (flour, sugar, etc). The kitchen also has an air fryer, coffee pot, toaster, stand mixer, blender, rice cooker, popcorn popper, waffle maker, griddle, large pots, baking sheets, pie dishes, casserole dishes, and food storage containers. The deck is accessible from the main living space and has a grill (gas provided). There is enough seating for 11 people to eat (8 person table and 3 seats at the bar). The kitchen is open concept w/ a large island. There is a highchair as well as a pack-n-play with sheets available for little ones.

Every bedroom has their own thermostat controlling the in-floor heating, so everyone can be comfortable. Every room has sheets, blankets, pillows, TVs with internet access (no cable) as well as HDMI cables. Every bath has towels, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer.

Master 1 (Primary bedroom) has a King bed, recliner, as well as a work space w/ a monitor available to use (w/ HDMI cable). Large bright window facing the ski slopes and full view of the sunrise over the mountain. The Master 1 en suite bathroom has 2 beautiful copper sinks and a large shower w/ seating.

Master 2 has a King bed, a seating area, and a large bright window that faces the slopes. The Master 2 en suite bathroom has a copper sink, and an extra deep soaking bathtub/shower combo.

The upper level also has a full size washer and dryer. Soap, softener, and bounce sheets are provided (all scent & dye free), along with an iron & ironing board.

Bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and large window. The detached bathroom is large w/ a large walk in shower as well as a fabulous copper sink.

The lower level bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full), perfect for the young ones. The detached bath has a walk in shower. The garage and entry has plenty of space for storage.

The 2 car heated garage can tightly fit 2 vehicles (one medium SUV and one smaller vehicle). There is also a reserved space outside for my unit only steps away. The garage has ski storage, 2 benches for kicking off your ski boots, and plenty of hooks to hang all your outdoor gear & clothing. The stone-floored entry also has a bench with hooks and baskets. To catch the free bus to the mountain base, use the bus stop at the entry to the neighborhood, and in 10 min you will be at the base ready to hop on the slopes. The home is a little more than 1 mile from the base area. The gore trail is steps from the home and is cleared by the town of Steamboat. Lovely for a walk or bike ride. Downtown steamboat is only 3 miles away with plenty of dining and shopping.
