"Had a very nice one-night stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the city and some of the bridges. It’s very convenient to the center city, with a light rail stop a short walk down the street and only 2 stops to get into town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. If you are into running there’s a nice long trail right along the River. We were there for a concert at PPG and it was perfect."

"Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! "

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Everything was amazing. From the staff to the conditions of the room, great choice if you want something reasonable around downtown Pittsburgh. I only found that the breakfast could have a little more options, but it was still good."

"The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise,...
