"The property is extremely nice. Well maintained, a little disciplining with check-in. We booked a high floor and received room on the eighth floor. Pool area was very clean nicely laid out, and the casino was clean and large as well. Disappointing we have to pay for parking and resort fee on top. Great location, walking distance to everything."

That said, the check-in experience was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, there were well over 50 people waiting in line, yet only two employees were working the front desk. The wait was far too long, and it’s hard to understand how a hotel could be so understaffed during what was clearly a busy check-in period. No matter...

"I was not expecting this place to be this nice the pictures don’t do it justice. I had a great stay felt like I was home away from home. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean."
