"Four of us seniors rented for a week. Owner quickly responded to a couple of items. We were less than 10 minutes from Heavenly’s Nevada side entrance to the ski area and close to an hour to other ski areas around Lake Tahoe. XThe house was comfortable and provided good kitchen and diningthat needed "

"We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out...

"This property has everything you need for a family and friend’s vacation. We visited for a ski trip to Heavenly Ski Resort and were extremely satisfied with the property. It was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain. The only downfall to this property is that it is situated in mountain and if the weather is severe, driving can be sketchy. Other than that, everything was fantastic."

"This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?"

"We had a bachelorette with couples and it was the perfect place to stay! There was 16 of us and all of us had our own rooms! Bathrooms were so nice and so much space! Plus it’s close to the Casinos! We definitely want to come back when we can! Game room was a blast, loved the hot tub and everything was just set up so well! Also easy check in! We had a blast and highly recommend this place!! "
