"Overall a great option near Penn State. Great game day location, nice and fun place. The space is bigger than you think with three nice bedrooms upstairs and game room and laundry downstairs. Overall nice set up and would recommend to others. "

"This home offers 2 separate floors for living/sleeping areas and is beautiful, quiet and minutes from the PSU campus, grocery store & shopping center. The back porch offers a lovely view, the neighbors were nice, the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property!"

"Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter. "
