Cool Creek Cottage is an 788 sq ft historic home that has been renovated and brought back to life as a unique boutique vacation retreat. The cottage has unmatched views of Spring Creek, which is beautiful every season of the year.

Even before stepping inside the cottage, you will notice an outdoor pavilion, 5-person hot tub and fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs.. perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view! *firewood not provided for fire pit

On the first floor, you will find the living room, first bedroom, powder room and kitchen.

The living room has a full wall of windows facing the creek. On a nice day, it is such a treat to have the windows open to hear the peaceful sounds of the water. Lounge on the lush green velvet sofa or one of the accent chairs! A Smart TV is available in this room where you can access your own streaming accounts - not supplied by Cool Creek. Wifi internet is available and the log in information can be found in our house manual. The console table has games and cards for a rainy day or family game night!

There is a small bedroom on the first floor right off the living room which features a set of twin bunk beds with a fluffy duvet and crisp white linens. Each bunk bed holds a MAX weight of 250lbs.
**Please note, this bunk room is tiny. Think of staying in this room as "glamping!"

In the kitchen you will find a butcherblock breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, hickory cabinetry, and granite countertops…all which make preparing meals a breeze!

The primary bedroom, full bathroom and third bedroom are located on the second floor.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with a linen duvet and crisp white linens, Smart TV (again, no cable or local channels), floating nightstands and modern wall sconces.

The full bathroom features a shower, single sink vanity and plenty of white plush towels. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and black towels to remove your makeup.

The third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds as well as a reading nook. It's the perfect space for some quiet time or getting cozy with your favorite book! Each bunk bed holds a MAX weight of 250lbs. **Please note, this bunk room is tiny as well. Think of staying in this room as "glamping!"
