"Simples"

"Loved our stay and would stay again!"

"My husband and myself had a wonderful time at this hotel and was greeted with such delightful and very thoughtful staff! The service was impeccable and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area."

"Tudo ótimo, café da manhã delicioso, quarto limpo e confortável"

"Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast & coffee bar were great and offered gluten free options. Easy parking & accommodating staff."

"The resort is comfortable, clean and relaxing. However, I was without hot water for my entire stay. We visited one of the onsite restaurants and the food was ok. I would recommend this location, however, improvements could be made so that you don't have to leave the resort. Improve the food quality and add a few more amenities and this would be a 10/10."

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels."

"Excelente infra estrutura, boa academia e quartos confortáveis. Ótima opção para ficar na cidade. Me hospedaria novamente."

"Expedia should have told me that the whole hotel was basically under construction before i was able to book a non refundable stay. Expedia needs to give me points in exchange for a misleading booking."

"Hotel razoável, sem conforto. Quarto simples. Café da manhã ruim, com poucas variedades. Sem pão. Não gostei, não voltaria. "

"Localização ruim, hotel antigo carecendo de reforma."
