"Great old hotel in charming Winchester, VA. Tons of character more than made up for some dated furnishings, etc."

"Our stay was excellent. Very friendly staff and everything clean and beautifully renovated recently. All the front desk staff and special shout out to housekeeper Stacy. We will be back!"
"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "
"Excellent service, very quick check in. I requested a room change when i got to the room because i wanted a bathtub. By the time i got back downstairs, they had the new keys ready. "
"We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and kindly allowed us to check in at noon which was very helpful. The indoor pool was a big plus especially since it rained on Saturday. The location is very convenient and there’s a nice Japanese restaurant nearby which made dining easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area."
"The staff was really friendly. I had an issue with my sink not draining and no hot water and the staff fixed it right away. The breakfast has a lot of options and it is good. It's at a convenient location, priced reasonable and again, very friendly staff. Not my first time staying there and won't be my last."
