I don't know if there's not supposed to be a sofa in there but it looked awkward. The rooms are not soundproof as I could hear the renter in the room above me rolling around on the office chair and walking around"

"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "
