"Simplesmente pavoroso. O quarto era grande e espaçoso, o banheiro bonito, porém nada disso adianta se o local é sujo, fede a cigarro e se você não IMPLORAR, ninguém limpa seu quarto em nenhum momento. Minha amiga e eu fomos a trabalho para NY, e o local era muito próximo de onde estaríamos hospedadas, o que era conveniente, mas com frequência éramos surpreendidas por hóspedes gritando atrocidades, batendo portas, ouvindo música no último volume de madrugada e frequentemente sob efeito de substâncias. Reclamamos muitas vezes à recepção, que parecia não se importar nem um pouco. O hotel é absolutamente insalubre. "
