"The best part of the hotel was the outside,and the entrance hall and staircase.Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was very down market. The whole place needs a refurbishment ! Our room was disgusting in the bathroom there was glue ? ( not sure what is was ) on the bottom of two rows of tiles dirt stuck to it .chopped paint every where needed painting . You couldn’t see out of the windows due to bird poo ! The ceiling over the bath leaked brown water .when I reported it I was told mantainace...

"Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment."

"We arrived in the evening and found our beautiful abode waiting. We was impressed straight away with the layout and everything. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get uo and the lounge was as it says city and relaxing. We was 5 mins walk down to beach and our pooch loved it. The pool and sauna was really pleasing after facing the cold out on the wintry mornings. A great find. Thankyou."

"Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online."
