Serious slice of paradise
Perfect location and property was a wonderful natural oasis filled with trails. Beautifully La escaped community and villa was absolutely perfect. Had all the little extras we needed!!!will definitely be back every year for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was very nice. The wrap around balcony was Amazing! The resort itself wss wss hard to maneuver around and the guy driving the shuttle was off putting at times. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Stunning Property
The place was incredible! There was nothing better than waking up every morning to the ocean views. The hosts were always available if anything came up. The location was perfect to explore this side of St Thomas or take a quick ferry ride to St John's. Would highly recommend

Paradise- it’s in the name!
We had a wonderful week at this resort. Clean, spacious, and those views! The two sided porch was fantastic. It was nice to arrive to some goodies in the fridge. We also ordered with a local provisioning co. and the condo manager worked with them so everything was there & put away upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the unit amenities were great. The resort shuttles were a Godsend. This unit it high up on a hill -so you have outstanding views but you may have a workout getting around if not for the shuttles. We got around just fine! The on site restaurants are great too!

Great trip
The property was clean and the view was amazing. Showing up after a day travel and finding the goodies that were in the fridge was a nice surprise. The host and manager were very quick to answer questions and very accommodating. All the beaches we visited were beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing. We also did a few hikes. We didn’t have a car and found that the taxi drivers didnt want to take us directly to our room and would drop us at the lobby. If you don’t like climbing steps this could be tiring as the trip up from the lobby had lots of stairs but we didn’t mind the exercise. It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway and that view!
We could not have asked for a better view while on our vacation. We had everything we needed and the welcome goodies were perfect after a long day of traveling. Sugar beach was amazing we had it to ourselves for about 3 hours. We ate at both restaurants on property and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend. You are up on the hill so will have to walk up and down a few flights of stairs but the shuttle was always around to help and we enjoyed getting in a little exercise.

Perfect honeymoon
Absolutely perfect spot to honeymoon. Lots of privacy , sunrise and sunset views over nearby islands from the bed , lots of amenities that make day tripping to nearby beaches easy! Everything was as advertised , and the property was actually larger than expected! Cannot rate more highly and would highly recommend to all family and friends!

Our week in St. Thomas
The property is located near Red Hook which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed going there to catch the ferry to St. John, to the grocery story when we needed supplies, and for dinner since there's a variety of restaurants to pick from. We feel that the location of the condo was ideal because even when we went to Water Island and to Megan's Bay, we were no more than 20-25 minutes away from our desired location. A few things that I thought were included and wish were included were a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an oven. All of the other places we've stayed at through VRBO had these items included. Given how warm it could get in the condo, I can see now why there wasn't an oven, but it would have been convenient for cooking breakfast and some dinner items if there had been one included. I had also asked prior to checking in if there was a beach umbrella included with the beach items that were available to use and was told there was one, but there was not. When I reached out to the property manager about this she was very responsive and brought her personal umbrella over for us to use at the beach. I thought this was very kind of her and appreciated that they tried to make things right.

Very nice
It is very private for a resort setting. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed the stay. We travel often and this one has more helpful items than we usually see. Like coolers,chairs,extra beach towels,snorkel gear and beach carriers.

Nice apartment
Very nice and spacious apartment. We enjoyed it as it is only a few minutes driving to both Coki beach and Smith bay. It has a large balcony with amazing ocean view and the amenities in the resort is decent. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions and problems. The only drawback is you can hear large noise sitting at the balcony, but it is bearable when all doors are closed.

We are happy to report that the noise you were hearing has since stopped. The noise was coming from a backup generator for the property next door which has since been shut down and serenity has returned. Spectacular view
We had a great stay at Down Island Dream. Beautiful views and great condo overall. We didn’t get to spend time on the beautiful deck due to the gale force winds This week but the sunrises were beautiful. Communication was great and the restaurant on site was nice to have.

Amazing views!
The condo at Point Pleasant was perfect for our week away in St Thomas. The views were amazing and the condo has everything you need...a fully equipped kitchen, electric grill, snorkel gear, beach towels & chairs and a cooler to take with you to the beach. The property also has several pools and two restaurants when you don't feel like cooking. A rental car is necessary if you want to go off-property, and walking the property is a workout due to the steep hills. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax.

Perfect Honeymoon!
This place was beautiful! Lisa was the absolute best host. She gave us more than enough helpful information about where to go, what to eat, and what to do. The apartment was nice and clean and the view was absolutely amazing! The area was lovely. We liked being so close to Red Hook, Coki Beach, and Coral world. The only downfall is that there is a big loud generator on 24/7 next door because the property there is still recovering from the hurricanes. But other than that, I really would recommend this place. We loved the restaurants. We loved the pools. We loved the place. Perfect little getaway for our honeymoon!

As for the generator next door, they were running on a backup power system after the storms, which is now silenced! They run their built in power system if needed now, which is off more than it is on. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope you will return every year!

Perfect place to call home for a week
We loved our stay at the point pleasant resort. This unit is at the top of the hill with an amazing view of St John and the BVIs. There are several pools but the hilltop pool was very convenient and clean. Location was great. Felt very safe. A quick drive to red hook and 20 Min drive to Megan’s bay. Our host was very responsive. Strong winds ripped one of the screen doors and they fixed it within hours. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful location.
Since we’ve stayed at point pleasant before, we knew what to expect...and the rental did not disappoint. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had a little more room than the other units we’ve stayed at. Our only trip downsides were having no small dishwasher and the continuous noise from the utility plant next door. During previous stays we were somewhat shielded from the noise, but this rental unit offered no such protection and the noise was quite loud and distracting. It significantly lessened the enjoyment of the balcony and forced us to keep the windows shut. If we had known of the noise we might have chosen a different unit.

Thank you Mark for your kind words about our unit. We are sorry that the noise from the complex next door was distracting for you. The resort next door suffered severe damage from Hurricanes Irma and Maria and was operating on a temporary generator. Thankfully the temporary generator has been silenced! They are now utilizing a built in generator on rare occasions which is off more than on now a days. We are very thankful for the new situation. We hope you return to St. Thomas and stay with us again. We would love to have you!

Incredible, breath taking views!
We loved our stay at the villa. The view is amazing and the unit had everything we needed. It was great to have beach chairs, snorkel gear and the welcome snacks/ beverages were just what we needed when we arrived. Their are so many lovely beaches within 10 to 20 mins of the villa and very fun to pick a new one each day. We loved being able to dine in most evenings and also great to have an on site restaurant. The town of Red Hook is close by and has a great grocery store and good restaurants. The resort staff are very helpful and incredibly friendly. We appreciated the hospitality, kindness and great recommendations from the on-site property manager for this villa, she was amazing and we became fast friends. Hard to return to Minnesota!

Great location and view
Great place to stay, we were there for three nights following a week long sailboat charter and it was the perfect place to stay and just relax. Three pools to choose from with one very close to the condo. Spacious living area and wraparound balcony with a great beach just a few minutes away. Condo had everything we needed and on site Manager Xaverie was helpful with answering my emails prior to our arrival and also accommodated an early check in on our day of arrival. We did not rent a car because we just wanted to unwind but I would suggest renting a car if you want to explore the island and the beaches. Great place to stay and would stay here again when we return.

Great stay, I’d choose this place every time I go to the Islands.
Every view you have from this location is amazing. We arrived to a clean place, with snacks and rum. Very welcomed, after a long trip. I’d recommend anyone I know going to the VI’s to stay here.

Unbelievable time!
Overall just an incredible experience. Super accommodating management! Picture perfect views. Sure, the island is still rebuilding from the hurricanes in the fall of 2017 but overall some of the most positive and resilient people we have spent time with. Condo was clean, quiet...even had a bottle rum and snacks for us after we checked in. The grounds were pristine, pools were great, restaurant fantastic. We hope to be back very soon and couldn’t recommend booking from this owner enough. Thank you for making our vacation so special!!!

Spacious corner unit, warm welcome.
We stayed at the resort in this unit for a week and we were very happy with it. It was spacious and clean. We arrived to some snacks and beverages. Much welcomed after a long day of travel. Perfect for two!
This property was exquisitely maintained! The furnishings were comfy and updated. The beach essentials like chairs, cooler, sunscreen and bug spray were such a nice convenience. I cannot say enough about the romance and relaxation provided by the stunning view off of the balcony. Our days on the island were often cut short because we didn't wanna leave the balcony! While it technically sleeps 4, I wouldn't recommend it as the property only has one bathroom. And a party of 4 isn't nearly as romantic. ;-) The privacy provided by the unit being elevated and on a corner is 2nd to none. Someone was always available to answer questions or give recommendations about grocery shopping, restaurants, and beach excursions. We can't wait to come and stay again!

Down Island Dream
We've enjoyed coming to STT for 13 years. After the hurricane(s) we did not know what to expect. Down Island Dream was as advertised. Great location, well equipped and simply very enjoyable. Though there was still construction and clean up activity going on, it really was business (and vacation) as usual. Do not hesitate to visit the island nor should you hesitate in staying at Down Island Dream. The islands need you more than ever. We will be back soon. Thank you for a great week!

Paradise Get-Away
Lisa's condo made us smile the moment we walked through the door. . . spectacular views, lovely and comfortable decor, and thoughtful conveniences through out. You get the morning sun and nice breezes for coffee and hanging out on the lanai until just before noon when it goes to shade. Meals are easy to prepare - Xaverie suggested we stop at the grocery on our way to Point Pleasant - the kitchen was more than we could hope for. Then off to site see or hang by the pools, the ferry to St John is about 10 minutes away as well as Secret Harbor and other beaches too. The onsite restaurant/bar is friendly. But most of all the views! Everyday we took in the beautiful multi blue waters and just counted our lucky stars we were there to take it in.

The view, host, and accommodations couldn’t be better. Secluded condo and AC in the bedroom was A+++
Lisa’s condo is everything we were looking for and more! They even had champagne and orange juice for mimosas waiting in the refrigerator and a card for our anniversary! Can’t recommend this home away enough!

perfection!
thank you for letting us stay at your condo. we absolutely loved it. Your accommodation was just like home. everything we needed was there and even more. Thank you for the bottle of rum and the side snacks and drinks. Plus it was absolutely clean to the dot.
