Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

In town for a wedding

We loved everything! The property location was perfect and we used to the bikes to get to the beach, shopping, and food. The place was so nice and comfortable with such a pretty view of the pond. The pool was just steps away.I loved the option to check in and check out early and having access to the bikes for a small fee. Communication with David was fantastic.We have already discussed coming back and staying longer at this property!

We had a great stay but far too short. The property was wonderful and weā€™d stay again. It was a breeze to check in and out. We were so close to the pool which was perfect. The town was picturesque. I hope to be back and stay longer!

Perfect for Friends

The size and location of this property was perfect! Having our own bathrooms and bedrooms was a plus. We loved looking off the balcony at the lake and watching the ducks. We walked to the Village to shop and get in some exercise. I will definitely book this property on my next visit to St. Simons.

The apartment is very nice. The neighborhood is great. The area is great. We made a short stop here on our tour and it was beautiful. We will come back and stay longer. Highly recommended!!

Nice place great location

If youā€™re looking for a nice affordable family getaway, this location is awesome. The condo sleep six with two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed two full baths and a full set up kitchen with washer dryer. They had bikes that could be rented for a very affordable rate, the beach was not too far away and the downtown area where everybody seems to want to go in the evening time Was just a few blocks away. It wasnā€™t a glamorous beach home, but it was definitely a great condo for a family. Thatā€™s looking to get to Saint Simon and not go broke.

Peace after hurricane Helena

We decided to continue with reservations after hurricane wiped out our area. Iā€™m glad we did. Everything was peaceful and the process painless. The best part was the puffy haired ducks playing outside the balcony area. It was a beautiful place and host was extremely informative.

Great Rental!

Perfect rental for our stay at SSI. The condo was in excellent condition and our toddler loved the pools. Great location and we enjoyed being able to walk to parks, shops, and restaurants! The beach was also a quick drive and easy to access.

June Stay

We love SSI and were happy to have a new home-base on the island. The Ocean Walk community was perfect, and we felt like this condo had all of the things we needed. The sunrise view drinking coffee and watching the ducks in the pond is priceless. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

Great Mother's Day weekend!

The unit was as described. Ocean Walk is walkable to the Village and to great restaurants. The ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Communication from the host was excellent. We loved the opportunity to use the bikes for a great price. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to return again soon.

We took a short trip to SSI to enjoy the weather and less crowds this time of year. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Squeaky clean and beautiful view of lake. It's decorated nicely. If you happen to forget something, Dave more than likely has it covered! The owner was very prompt in responding if we had a question. Quick drive to beach, pier, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate at all to book this gem in the future!!
