Sleeping 10 comfortably, The White Pearl also features a sparkling pool with optional heating for the cooler months.

THE SPACE
Main Living Level (Second Floor) Enter on the second floor to discover a wide-open living space designed for togetherness. The living room features a retractable ceiling-mounted 85" smart TV—perfect for sports fans and movie nights. The kitchen and dining area open directly to the family room, with ample dining seating and bar space for everyone to spread out.

The main kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Wolf 6-burner range with grill plate, an in-counter mounted microwave, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. A separate Butler's kitchen adds even more flexibility with a 5-burner gas range, stainless side-by-side refrigerator, and stainless sink. Everything you need for dining in is right at your fingertips.

Ground Floor – Poolside Living The ground floor offers its own fully equipped kitchen with an electric range and stainless refrigerator, plus a cozy living space with smart TV, dining table, and breakfast bar. A full bathroom with shower completes this level. Step outside to the pool area, where you'll find a covered lounge space and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing sandy toes after a day at the beach.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (3rd Floor, Primary): King bed, smart TV, balcony access overlooking the pool. Ensuite bath with double vanity, soaker tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet.

• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed, smart TV. Ensuite bath with double vanity, soaker tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet.

• Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): King bed, smart TV. Ensuite bath with single sink and shower.

• Bedroom 4 (3rd Floor): Queen bed, smart TV. Ensuite bath with single sink and shower.

• Bedroom 5 (3rd Floor): Two twin single beds, two smart TVs. Shared hall bath with double vanity and combination tub/shower (also near the office).

Additional bathrooms include a ground-floor bath with shower, a half bath on the second floor, and an outdoor shower.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
