Welcome to Proctor Cottage!

This quaint cottage is full of character and charm. Located less than half a mile from the Pier Village, at a 2 minute walk, you will be right in the heart of restaurants, shops, and tide contingent beaches. When you arrive at our delightful cottage you will park in the far right gravel driveway that opens up to a beautiful front courtyard. This court yard has plenty of seating and a cozy fire pit with cafe lighting, perfect for a cool summer night. Walking in the door you are greeted with a large open floor plan living, dinning, and kitchen area. The first bedroom on the left is the master with a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom, connecting to the second bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom has a larger walk in shower with updated tile. There are two televisions, one in the living room and one in the double twin bedroom. We are located on the same footprint as the Adams cottage (permanent residence in front of Proctor Cottage) and share the same laundry bungalow. We have a privacy fence in place to allow you to be in your own piece of paradise.
