"Amazing, cozy getaway place, central located to pier village. You could not ask for anything more. The space, was warm and inviting and had all of the amenities that you would need for a perfect getaway. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked (towels, bed linens, etc) and the beds slept great. "The house was perfect! Easy walk to the beach. It was even close enough for my wife to walk back and forth to the restroom. Short walk to great restaurants and not too far from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and the back porch swing was awesome!! Wesley was great and checked in on regularly to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely try and stay here again!"

"Enjoyed the house. I think the stairs might be a problem for some. But the biggest issue was noise level of college kids renting in neighborhood until the wee hours everyday. We reported and complained. But we had four nights of interrupted sleep."

"Very clean, nicely remodeled and well stocked kitchen if cooking is preferred to eating out all meals. Pet friendly perfection in the backyard- totally fenced and you do not have to worry. Location is amazing to great restaurants- grocery store- beaches & Starbucks!!! Can’t wait to go in the summer!!!"

"We loved true not four years ago and we still love it this time around. It is the perfect size for our family of five. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and the wonderful heated pool. The house was very clean and beautiful. It is an idyllic place to stay, and we will come back again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced yard was great for our two poms, no gaps they could squeeze through. The front door ring alarm was a little persnickety and easy to trip if the deadbolt was engaged (I’m sure we irritated the neighbors accidentally setting it off all the time 😅). Overall, it was exactly what we needed and we would definitely stay here again!"

"the house was ideal for our family - the kids stayed safely in the poolhouse. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen, sitting areas, bathrooms were updated and clean. Our only compliant was some of the accessories described were not accurate - the bikes for the kids were not working, only two beachchairs with the others rusted shut, etc. We also had a pool cleaning issue but that can happen. Just can't give it a 5 star with a couple of the "misses" - we would for sure rent...

"Sunflower Hideaway was exactly as the pictures and description stated. Everything we needed (plus a few extras) was provided- so much so that we over packed! The location was great, although a little further from beach than what we usually book. Owners were quick to respond when needed and very accommodating. Would book this property again!"

"The condo itself is somewhat dated a little more so than pictured. However, the condo was kept very clean and was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, easy to get to the beach/pool and close to town. We hope to be back in the future! My only complaint is there was no broom in the condo other than a small hand broom which makes it hard to combat the sand from the beach!"
