There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).

The best part....the home sits DIRECTLY on the intracoastal. The water is in the backyard where you can fish and watch the marine life. Drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen.
*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use.

Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive.

*PET FRIENDLY! The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.
