-The second bedroom is large and features a queen bed and flat screen TV.
-The third bedroom has a full size bunk on top and full size bunk on bottom with a pull out twin trundle and a large flat screen Smart TV.
-Laundry room with washer and dryer
A pack and play and highchair is available for little ones at no charge.

Don't worry about bringing or buying beach gear. The house is stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, etc. Just bring your own Speedo and flip flops!

Unlike many beach side properties this one features a large parking area with room for six cars.
A car is nice to have to see attractions further inland but guests without a car can take the Suncoast Trolley (trolley stop is a few steps from the front of the house)
up and down the Pinellas County beaches from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores features dedicated walking and separate bike path lanes.
There's plenty within a 2 mile radius - ice cream shops, Smugglers Cove mini golf, the seabird sanctuary, and tons of great restaurants. By car the house is 5 minutes from a Publix; Target and numerous other stores are all within a 15 minute drive.
We love spending time at 'Three Mermaids and a Crab' and hope you will, too!

Excellent location!

This house hit all the marks for our group, very close to the beach access, clean, and private. We were able to have 8 of us without feeling like we were too crowded. The house is clean, and the updated kitchen was great. A little light on the kitchen utensils, towels, but enough to make it work. Steve was very speedy in getting us replacement beach chairs and umbrella when notified of broken ones.

Awesome property, everything was clean and felt brand new. Super close to the beach and they had everything you needed to hit the sand. The pool was heated so we could use it all day even when it wasnā€™t that hot out. Canā€™t beat the convenience and privacy! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The house was well stocked (but only had travel sized shampoo and such so bring your own or get some from the nearby mart). The kitchen had more than we needed for breakfasts and lunches to be prepared. The walk to the beach was so short and they supplied many items for the re as well (plenty of chairs for our group of six). I recommend renting a cool cabana from green iguana (short walk to pick up). The pool was nice at night and for getting out of the sun in the early morning and the evening. The only ā€œissueā€ would be the flooor is buckling in a couple places but they tried to rectify it with some warning tape. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach House!

This was the perfect house for our family to end the summer in! The house is fully loaded with everything you need for a great trip. Two large bedrooms and a bunkbed room for the kids. The wagon, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas all made getting to the beach each day a breeze. A 30 second walk and you are in the sand! Afternoons and evenings in the pool were a great way to end the day! We will definitely be booking again if we are ever back in Indian Shores!

Fantastic place. Will be returning for sure.

This house is the perfect size and is in a great location. Plenty of parking, pool is perfect for afternoon relaxing and the beach is a 3 min walk. Shops-n-stores are all close by. Steve was a great host making sure everything was in place. He even checked in with us on our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely perfect and the beach was crystal clear.

This was a great house for our family of 4! (Kids ages 4 and 2) We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We especially appreciated that the house had beach toys, chairs, and a wagon. The house is near lots of restaurants and conveniently located. We had a great time!

Terrific! This place has it allā€¦ location, outdoor pool and deck, 90 sec walk to the beach! Our family of 6 loved the pool area. We spent more time there than at the beach! If you like ice cream, walk in either direction and you have a choice in under 5 minutes! All you really need to bring are your clothes. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you need for the beach or pool. Laundry on site was also a huge plus with 4 kids! Outdoor grill was actually clean, unlike other properties weā€™ve stayed at. The restaurants in the area get really busy, really early in the evening, so we utilized the grill several nights. This is by far the best vacation rental weā€™ve ever stayed at! You canā€™t go wrong with this place!!
