    Esta linda casa de praia oferece uma cozinha totalmente equipada, pronta para refeições rápidas ou jantares. A cozinha oferece bancadas de quartzo, utensílios de aço inoxidável, fogão de vidro e muitos armários. A cozinha está totalmente equipada com todos os utensílios necessários, utensílios de cozinha, louças e copos. Esta bela cozinha é completa com uma ilha de quartzo que acomoda 4 pessoas.

    A cozinha se abre para a área de jantar e sala de estar.

    A área de refeições acomoda 8 pessoas.

    Sala de estar está totalmente equipada com assentos confortáveis, TV de tela plana e um sofá-cama.

    O segundo andar tem acesso fácil a uma varanda equipada com cadeiras de balanço para sua diversão.

    O quarto principal é espaçoso, com uma confortável cama king size e uma casa de banho privativa com uma cabina de duche ao nível do chão, uma penteadeira dupla, um WC separado e um closet.

    Terceiro nível apresenta o segundo quarto principal, 2 quartos e as crianças retiro.

    Nós fornecemos uma mesa de pingue-pongue e um shuffleboard para sua diversão.

    Segundo mestre tem uma confortável cama queen size e uma casa de banho privativa com duche.

    3 quartos tem duas camas de casal. 4 quartos tem uma cama queen size com acesso a uma varanda privada. Estes dois quartos compartilham um banheiro corredor que oferece uma combinação de chuveiro / banheira.

Very nice and spacious beach house. While there are no beach views, the beach is very, very close and convenient. The house is well equipped with all the cooking tools, pots and pans you could need (although it had spices too, it didn't have salt and pepper). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Family Vacay!

This was our second time staying here. The house is clean, is well equipped for people of all ages, and is conveniently located. We look forward to our stay next year!

Will and Cassidy’s Wedding

Our son and now daughter in law were married on the beach and we ad 13 family members in backyard and for dinner. House was great and very easy for me to use in wheelchair. Great hosts!

Fairly good overall. Had a largeCockroach and a few other small bugs during our stay. Lower Baseboards on the walls in 1/2 bath and laundry room wereMissing for some reason. Overall it was a good stay.

Awesome place awesome location

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

The management company and the people I dealt with were all very responsive and professional! The only drawback was the beach access across the street being closed due to the hurricane which was no ones fault.

Beach getaway

Very nice. Lots of stairs so you need to block those with young kids, and the elevator doesn't work so someone who can't easily climb one to two sets of steep stairs would be better of elsewhere, but it worked okay for us. Rent a wagon for the short beach trip if you are renting umbrellas or such. And avoid anything they might call a tent (even an awning) on the beach closest to the house, as they did a rare thing and made us take it down. Just on that beach/in the city.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a weeks vacation Loved the kitchen/eating area/ great room. Games, beach items, a huge hot tub and a very nice private outdoor eating area. Lots of room on the inside for our party of 10. Master bedroom and bath was large and very nice. The walk to the beautiful beach was a short 3 minutes or so. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants very close by. The property management company was very easy to work with and very helpful. If there was a negative at all, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels for a party of ten but there were plenty of beach towels to use. We loved the home and area and will definitely come back!

Luxury rental near the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrived we were blown away. This rental had everything our extended family could ask for - large luxury sofas and stainless steel appliances, very clean and neat, gaming machines for the kids and even more gaming options in the garage, along with a swim spa that was used daily. The property is just across the street from the ocean so a quick walk over was very doable. The three stories involved lots of stairs but my kids loved it. The WiFi wasn’t working at first but after a quick text to the owner we heard back immediately and the issue was resolved. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and the master shower had low water pressure but everything else was in perfect working condition. I would absolutely stay at this location again in the future. This was far and away the best beach rental we have ever used!

Family Vacation and Wedding was Amazing

The property is everything they said and more. It was very comfortable for my group of 12. Everyone had space and was able to relax or whatever they wanted. The downstairs play room and patio area was a big hit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the beach was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location Great House

The house has an excellent lay out, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds. The ground level was super fun with games and huge hot tub. Check in and out was stressfree and easy.

Great family vacation

We had a minor mechanical issue with the elevator (which we were given permission to use since my mom can't do stairs) when we arrived, and the owner of the property was super responsive, and got it fixed ASAP. We loved all the games and other items provided. My baby loved walking around on the soft turf. My stepson loved the huge hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better setup. Thank you!

We had seven adults and three children. The short distance to the water was wonderful. The house had everything you need when traveling to the location by air. It was a pleasure having a wagon to pull the chairs and sand toys to the beach. I highly recommend this property.
