Tropical pool home close to the beach, never floods, high and dry

Experience the best of Florida living at our newly renovated pool home. The backyard is a fully-fenced tropical oasis that offers complete privacy and relaxation. Palm trees and loungers surround the sparkling pool that is heated during the colder season. Relax under the large covered lanai while the kids splash around in the pool. Weber gas grill and everything you need to barbecue. Pool floaters, bikes and other fun stuff for kids and adults. 5 smart TVs throughout the house with youtube tv and high speed internet. Well appointed kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need for cooking gourmet meals or enjoying takeout from the many area restaurants. Beautiful formal dining room with seating for eight and services for 12. Three bedrooms with high quality mattresses and high end bedding. Family friendly and dog friendly with beach/pool gear, baby/toddler gear and available pet crate. The neighborhood clubhouse offers a heated Olympic size pool overlooking the intracoastal, tennis and shuffleboard courts, playground and billiard and game rooms. There is a boat launch and fishing pier where dolphins are frequently spotted.
We are located in desirable Seminole, in the heart of beautiful Pinellas County with Clearwater to the north and St. Petersburg to the south. Our area offers an abundance of beaches, shopping, parks and recreation and restaurants. Having a car is optimal but Uber and Lyft rides are readily accessible. Easy daytrips to Orlando and Sarasota are also an option. We have local guidebooks with lots of activity and touring ideas. Property manager lives nearby and is readily available to attend to any issues.
Self check in/check out. We have a rigorous cleaning regimen that includes frequently changing hospital grade AC filters and sanitizing. The air conditioning system has filtered returns in every bedroom and a germicidal UV light, effective at keeping indoor air fresh and clean.

No wild partying, this is a family neighborhood, no loud music or noises outside after 10 pm, neighbors are very nice but will report any bad behavior
Pets must be approved, $75 per pet extra cleaning fee, cleaning/ replacement due to pet soiling will be taken out of deposit, must pickup/ hose poops
Cleaning crew does inventory after each stay, we will reach out to you if item inadvertently taken and can be returned before taking out of deposit

The house, the stay, and the owners were amazing! I just bought a jetski and we stayed out there for a week taking it out everyday and we had a blast! The house was big and had everything we needed during our week there. We appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be by the beach! :)

Great Family Holiday

Anya's place was outstanding. Our family enjoyed the pool and her spacious home. There were pool toys, chairs for the beach, and kitchen supplies. We can't thank you enough for such an amazing stay!!

Perfect Family Reunion Pad

House has everything you need and more to chill and enjoy time with your tribe. Space to spread out or come together. Just arrive and get groceries delivered and you will not want to leave. Better than home. So clean and comfortable. Would stay again and again.

Stunning home

This property is exactly as stated. It is a great location between Clearwater and St. Pete beach. Anya was an amazing host. She called to welcome my family and made sure we knew where everything was. My family will definetly be back!!

Great Location and Very Clean

We only stayed a couple of days but enjoyed the location as it was in between both Clearwater and St Petersburg and close to the beach. The house was very comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the pool while we were there but the owner did not hesitate and gave us a partial refund to compensate. We were still able to use the club house pool which was very nice, clean and heated. We would definitely recommend this house and location.

Amazing stay!

My family and I stayed here for the week and it was great! Everything, literally everything you can think of is provided. We were very well accommodated. With 4 children it is hard to stay in a hotel with enough space, this home definitely provides space, toys, a pool, everything. The home was VERY clean too. That is so important to me! I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone!

Total Experience

My family does an annual Independence Day vacation. We always use Vrbo, and have done so more than a couple times. We have never had an experience this great. The home speaks for itself, it’s immaculate and has more that you need from entertainment, to cooking supplies, and household necessities. What I really want to focus on is the relationship Anya has with her tenants because it is unmatched. She’s a caring woman, that truly wants you to enjoy your vacation. Her sincere efforts to accommodate are as if you stayed at a 5 star resort and this is no exaggeration. The professionalism and effort prove this. We can’t thank her enough for the effort she puts into this. We will definitely stay again! She was the best!

FABULOUS property!!! Highly recommend!!!

This house is fantastic and I would definitely use it again! Very clean, wonderfully furnished and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Very close to great beaches and lots of fun things to do. Location is convenient to many restaurants and shopping places. Anya was absolutely great with communication! She checked in with us and gave us so much great information. The house has a terrific book created by the host that has everything you need to know about the house and things to do. I would recommend this property to anyone considering it!!

Don’t over pack!!!

The host literally has everything there… do not make a mistake and take too much stuff with you. Down to kids toys and pool toys, towels etc. Beach chairs… I can go on lol. Oh yeah dog bowls and even a dog crate. TV’s and you can use Netflix lol.

Home away from home

First I have to give kudos to Anya as she was a pleasure to speak with and genuinely cares about her guests enjoying their stay. The property - it was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We only had to buy groceries (the house was stocked with even the basics - sugar, spices, detergent, soap, etc). It literally felt like we were home, very user neighborhood and relaxing. We had a cookout where friends traveled to spend the day with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach chairs were a huge help as we traveled to the beach for 4th of July fireworks. The only things I will mention for transparency: 1. The bedroom with two twins is a day bed style with a twin pull out underneath, not two regular twins (still both comfortable and my kids were fine) and 2. There are a lot of large red ants, particularly near the large tree to the right of the pool so be careful as they bite! They didn’t us and mostly stayed off the patio. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the west coast of FL!! Thank you Anya for providing us such an amazing retreat!

Excellent Family Vacation

This home has everything you could possibly need - even a small supply of food - seasonings, etc... The interior and exterior are beautiful and very clean. We grilled and cooked for 15 several times throughout the week and the home accommodated everyone very well. The pool is awesome! We will be back!

Beautiful property!

This home exceeded all of our expectations! It was beautifully decorated inside and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The backyard is wonderfully landscaped with an awesome heated pool! The home is very close to everything, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The property owner is so sweet and is so easy to work with! We will 100% be back to this house!!

First time using VRBO/Great experience

The house felt like home! Anya has thought of every little detail from beach towels/chairs/umbrella/wagon to the aloe vera after beach or pool day. The kitchen has everything you need to cook/BBQ at home for days you don't want to leave the pool. We had 6 adults in our group and never felt cramped. The pool/patio area is the best! To sunbathing, swimming, playing cards, or just sitting around enjoying the weather. The neighborhood is nice with friendly neighbors. St Pete's beach & Clearwater beach are 25-30 minute car drive. We took a drive to Tarpon Springs to eat at Rusty Bellies which I highly recommend. Just know there may be a wait but it is well worth it.

Another Amazing Stay!

We loved this property so much the first time we stayed here in 2020 that we decided to re-book for spring 2022! The house is very spacious and the back yard is perfect. Proximity to the beaches is amazing, and is only a 10-15 minute bike ride to Indian rocks beach! We will be coming back.

Absolutely Wonderful

Everything was perfect. Beautiful spacious house. Outdoor area and pool was great. Anya was the best. Responded super quick and extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend staying here or at any of Anya’s properties especially if you have babies or small kids. Everything you need and more is provided.

1st Annual Sisterhood Trip

My friends and I had such an amazing time on out 1st Annual Sisterhood Trip. The home was spacious, and accommodating, we spent most of our time outside on the patio taking advantage of the heated pool, and the grill. Anya supplies everything you need from kitchenware to pool floaties, and beach essentials. Anya and her son was such a fantastic host she was very communicative, friendly, and available. Anya, Thank you for making our experience feel like a home away from home!
