Relax with your family at our private gated home close to needed amenities ~~ World famous Clearwater Beach is about 10mins, St. Pete's beach 20mins drive away. Walt Disney World 90mins drive. Tampa Zoo,Tampa International Airport and Designer Outlet stores 30mins drive away. Eagle Lake Park for jogging and kids park is walking distance. Publix 2 blocks, Walmart 5mins drive. Dinning downtown 5mins. Tampa convention center 30-40mins away depending on traffic.

Our home itself offers outdoor relaxation with BBQ grill and outdoor seating provided. Suntan Lotion a must ! Safe secure parking on the premises.

The check-in time was 4:00 we got there at 5:00 the cleaning lady was still there until 6:00. The code on the door wouldn't work. There weren't towels in the bathrooms, we had to ask the cleaning lady since she was still there for towels. All the beds in the house except for the master bedroom we're awful. There were ants crawling on the counter in the kitchen. The master bathroom vanity light had one of four bulbs working, there was no light in the laundry room. It just was not a good experience

Nice place to stay with buddies

Nice place to stay. A little off the beaten path if you want to go to spring training baseball stadiums but the price reflected that. Not having access to thermostat is annoying. Just charhe an extra 10 per night to allow your guest thermostat access

Excellence!!

At first the last-minute timing to receive the code was scary but I realize that people have to secure their property. The place was immaculate, even with the air controlled. We used the fans. There were added surprises of some groceries and hand soap, that we normally had to take on our rental. Overall, we enjoyed the home and thank the people to allow our mini vacation a success!

A Good Place to Stay

My four friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the rental in Clearwater. It was clean, spacious and comfortable except the beds were very hard -- everyone complained but me because I have back problems and hardness was no problem!! Recommend some consideration be given to changing the beds, the house number be made more visible and some kind of light be placed at the driveway entry -- it's hard to find the house at night.

Great property!

Loved the bedroom areas each with their own bathroom. Couldn’t change the temp. With out calling so that was inconvenient. Waited over an hour for the code to get in cause we had to be in the driveway before she would give it out. But over all it worked out nice.

Home was as Advertized

home was fine and stocked with a fair amount of supplies which is always handy. Location was great. About 15-20 minutes to Clearwater Beach depending on traffic. No complaints

Uncomfortable stay

Guest 1: Our stay at this location was not enjoyable at all. It says gated. However, the gate isn't in use. While the location was convenient, the aesthetic qualities were lacking. There were only sheer curtains (no blinds) in the house so at night we tried to stay in one interior bedroom. because you could see into the house. As a group of females, we did not feel safe. Next, there were strange noises/sounds coming from the attic on one side of the house. It sounded as if someone or something was walking and or dragging something. The owner sent someone out on the last day of our stay but was adamant it was a tree branch scratching the roof. Needless to say sleep was scarce. Finally, the washer sounded like it was possessed, there were sugar ants in the bedroom and bathroom on the same side of the house with the noises, the towel racks were flimsy in two bathrooms and kept falling down, the kitchen utensils didn’t seem to be clean (we ate out daily), and there were some strange droppings/shavings in one of the kitchen drawers. Suffice it to say we enjoyed Tampa, but would not stay in this property again. Would not recommend this property. Guest 2: Upon entry, we were met with a musty smell. The house was outfitted with air fresheners but they were empty. The house was hot. Paying an absorbent amount of money to rent the home, customers should be allowed to set the thermostat themselves. Having to contact the owner to adjust it remotely was a nuisance. The home was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was hair on the beds, a dead spider on the sink in the front bathroom, ants in the back bedroom and questionable droppings in one of the kitchen drawers. Walking barefoot in the house was not an option as the floors were dirty. Our socks were brown by the end of the day. The towel rack in the primary bathroom fell down if items were placed on it. The towel rack in the front bathroom was broken off an unusable. Guest 3: All of the above and as a group of women, security was a huge concern. Thicker curtains should be installed to provide additional privacy. Especially because it is off a main road. It was supposedly set to 61 but the house was uncomfortable and thermostat stated at 78-80 degrees. As prior guests stated floors were dirty. Only Plus: Large living room

Plus: Large living room park across the street great for walks, would be great to have a bike. Minus- outside yard has rusted shed, not pleasant to look at sitting outside. large hole dug under shed (did see small animal one night) Missing : no mixer, no can opener(I purchased and left) no bar soap (did find liquid soap in other bathroom after I purchased soap) no wine glasses (purchased 8 and left) floor when cleaning up was dirty (didn't look like because it is grey) only there a few days.

Great house

Great house in a nice location. It is across the street from a beautiful park with trails to walk and ride bikes. The owners were very easy to work with. When a problem arose, and some did, they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Place! Large clean rooms. Perfect for family stays!

Had traveled into town for my nephews wedding. I found this property and thought it looked perfect. It was So Nice and clean! It was a Wonderful stay! We will look for this property again the next time we come into town.

Lovely Home!

We only stayed one night passing through Clearwater but the home is beautiful and immaculately clean! Lots of space and a beautiful kitchen. Close to Clearwater and conveniently located. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and everything was great! We really enjoyed the property even though we were there for limited time. We definitely recommend!

Mostly Very Nice

The house was very nice. Location was perfect. Size was perfect as we originally thought we had a big group (two of the cousins bailed). Communication with the owner was strained. Clearly a big stickler kinda owner. Signs all over the house saying what could and couldn't be done, were helpful but contributed to an oppressive environment. There were ants in the bathroom. I mean a ton of little tiny ants. We have pictures, I don't know how to post them here. But my brother is a big 24 yr old baby and he scared the hell out of us screaming about ants when he discovered them crawling on him and his stuff.

Good place for price

We had a good stay, the driveway was really hard to get into and out of with a large vehicle. The house overall is good, a few noticeable things were that a good amount of lights were burned out, several ceiling fans were not working at all. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and not comfortable to sleep in. The cleanliness was fair to say the least, master bathroom area was not cleaned very well. Toilet brush was laying on the floor when we arrived. The living room was very dark, the furniture was not very comfortable. The other beds were really comfortable, no complaints there. It was extremely hot and stuffy when we got into the house, so it was uncomfortable until the Air got circulated.

Very convenient and nice

The property is conveniently located with easy access for us to our extended family. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The bedrooms were perfect with the perfect configuration for our family. Access and check in / out was easy. Lots of common space for the family to gather. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stay for daughter’s wedding

We were totally pleased with the accommodations and hospitality of our hosts! We were able to have a few meals with other family members in the area for the wedding. There is excellent seating for meals and a great working kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are excellent! We would stay again depending on who is with us.

Surpassed our Expectations

This house absolutely surpassed all expectations we had hoped for and more. The location was perfect for us, close to everything we needed and a short drive to the beach! I loved having one on one communication with the Hosts. The house was a great size for our group of 6! 10/10 would stay there again when we come back to Clearwater!
