A fourth bedroom and full bath offer a bit more seclusion, making it ideal for guests. The second-floor master suite is the epitome of relaxation, boasting dual walk-in closets and a spa-like ensuite with modern finishes, dual vanities, and a luxurious glass shower.

Other things to note
►There are wild peacocks in the area that can be loud during the day and early in the morning.
►Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.

Pool Heating:
►Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $100 for the first day then $75/day thereafter.
►Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
► Typically, during the summer months (June through August), pool heating isn't necessary as the water temperature naturally stays around 80°F or higher.
► Please note, while we will make every effort to address any pool heating issues during your stay, we are unable to offer refunds for intermittent malfunctions.
► Tampering with or overriding the pool settings will result in the removal of pool heating access and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Noise monitoring:
This property is equipped with a Minut device to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. The device measures sound levels and will send you an automatic message if things get too loud, politely asking you to quiet down. We’ve set a high threshold, so if you’re notified, it means the noise level is truly elevated. This ensures a great experience for both you and our neighbors.
