🔍 CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING

• Strict Noise Ordinance: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours start promptly at 10:00 PM, especially in the outdoor pool area. This is strictly enforced by local authorities.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a "starter pack" of toilet paper, trash bags, and soap. For large groups staying multiple days, please plan to purchase additional supplies (paper towels, TP, dish soap) upon arrival.
• Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee and recommended October–April. The pool heating fee is $200 + 13% tax.
• First Pet: Allowed for free.
• Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax
