The little pink cottage is located directly ACROSS the street from the beach. Walk out the front door, cross Gulf Blvd, and your toes are in the sand within a one minute walk (maybe two if you like to take your time)! We even provide a wagon to bring the beach gear we have for you (beach chairs, umbrellas). Several mom and pop shops, including Indian Shores Coffee Co, and Smugglers Cove mini golf are all within walking distance for your convenience and enjoyment.

Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! The home is all yours to enjoy- you will be the only guests staying there. The front door access is a digital key pad. FREE parking in the home's driveway.

Cozy single home/family cottage sits in the middle of a laid back beach neighborhood amongst Indian Shores Coffee Co, a putt-putt golf course, neighborhood bar with live music (next door at Mahuffer's), and other beautiful homes. Watch sunrise and/or sunset from the rooftop, BBQ on our grill, cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen, rent a bike nearby, toss in a load of laundry in the washer and dryer if desired, and simply walk across the street to the private beach access at Sunburst Inn, as seen on HGTV. There is one tiny and cute bedroom with a queen size bed and a sleeping area in the living room with a trundle bed that sleeps up to two.

Dogs friendly ($195 pet fee for well behaved dogs of respectful/responsible owners). *Please use the pet covers provided to protect the furniture.

This is a very family friendly neighborhood. You can take the local trolley, you can walk, or of course drive/Uber. You can also rent scooters and bikes locally. Enjoy the Gulf of Mexico on a paddle board or kayak (we have rental location suggestions for you).

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item.

Mahuffer's, the world famous dive bar, is just across the street, a few steps away. Yes, when you are on the rooftop you can hear the live music; when you are in the home you really cannot. All of our guests LOVE the local feel of Mahuffer's and you will too- and you will LOVE the proximity to the Pink Cottage after a long night of indulging. 2 minute walk to the beach to private beach access ay Sunburst Inn (our sister property, which is under renovations).
