The Space:

If you're looking for a relaxing home away from home, you've found the right place. Sea La Vie offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable, have fun, and unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything from morning coffee essentials to pots and pans for family meals. If you're feeling adventurous, extra small appliances such as an air fryer, bread maker.

This 3-bedroom home includes a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, and a Bunk Room with Full-Size Bed—perfect for keeping the kids together! Note one bunk bed was removed so there is only one bunk bed, not two. Every room is equipped with its own TV, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The sunroom provides a peaceful spot to relax without getting too hot, while the French doors lead to the pool area, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or cooling off.



The backyard is ideal for family fun, with kids splashing in the pool and adults relaxing under the gazebo with a BBQ. If you're looking for a peaceful moment, consider yoga or meditation by the pool with the refreshing Florida breeze.

Guest Access:

You will get access to the whole house including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, sun room, game space, and the back yard with a pool.

Quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. An ideal place to live.

Drive, Bike; 3 parking spaces on the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Housekeeping and Services:



Pool Maintenance: The pool is cleaned every Friday or Saturday, including vacuuming, tile brushing, adding chemicals, and filter cleaning. If extra cleaning is needed, just let us know upon arrival.



There is no dishwasher as noted in listing



Yard Maintenance: Yard work is done every Wednesday toward the end of the day.



Decoration Service: We now offer home decoration services for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of everything!



Road Noise: There is a busy road in front of the house during the day, but the long driveway and impact windows help minimize noise. The location is also close to shopping centers, stores, and parks.



Rates: We offer both monthly and weekly rates with deeper discounts for longer stays!



Cleaning Issues: If you notice any cleaning issues upon check-in, please contact me right away, and I’d be happy to assist with re-cleaning.



Trash Pickup: Trash is picked up every Wednesday and Friday. The property manager will collect it on Tuesday/Thursday evenings or early Wednesday/Friday



After booking you will receive a waiver to complete. This must be completed prior to checking in.mornings.



Gardening Service: The gardener comes every other Thursday afternoon to maintain the lawn.



There is a pool heater fee of $35 per day. Must be heated all or none of stay.



Please note there is no dishwasher.



Please note the grass in the backyard is very sandy and does not grow well which is common in Florida.



We do not provide streaming services or cable TV.



Propane for the grill is guest responsibility.



We provide a starter pack of supplies. It is your responsibility to replenish as needed.



After booking you will receive a message from our partner Truvi for ID verification and screening. This must be completed before checking in.
