Welcome to Sandcastle Villa, a beautifully restored historic beach cottage in Clearwater Beach.



This air-conditioned three-bedroom, two-bathroom home accommodates up to 10 guests and combines classic coastal charm with modern comforts. With the beach directly in the backyard, a private saltwater pool and a beachfront cabana, it is designed for memorable family vacations and beach getaways.



Open Living, Dining and Gourmet Kitchen



The open-concept main living area is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach.



The spacious living room offers a comfortable place for movie nights, games and time together. The adjacent kitchen and dining area create a natural gathering place for the group.



The gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast bar and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The dining area seats six guests.



Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements



Sandcastle Villa offers three bedrooms and additional sleeping space:



Primary bedroom: King-size bed

Second bedroom: Two bunk beds

Third bedroom: Queen-size bed

Living room: Sofa bed

Saltwater Beachfront Pool and Cabana



The private saltwater pool and beachfront cabana provide a relaxing outdoor retreat just steps from the water.



Swim in the pool, relax beneath the cabana, search for seashells on the beach or enjoy the Gulf setting from your own backyard. Pool heat is available from November through April.



Direct Beach Access and Clearwater Beach Location



The beach is literally outside the patio—step onto the sand and enjoy Clearwater Beach at your own pace.



The home is close to Clearwater Beach restaurants and amenities, approximately one mile from Pier 60 and the park, and approximately one mile from Caladesi Island State Park. Bikes are available for exploring the local area.
