There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. An entry code will be provided to you before check-in. An entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before arrival.

~PETS:
We are pet-friendly; we allow 1 dog of max. 30lb or 2 dogs that equal the maximum weight. A pet fee of $100 will be applied to your stay. When booking, please make sure you mark if you are bringing 1 or 2 dogs.

The house is only 0.3 miles from the pet friendly part of the beach. Please check the listing photos to see the map.

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.

~INTERNET:
The house has free Internet.

You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts on the Smart TV.

~KITCHEN:
Our Kitchen is tiny but has all the essentials! It's equipped with a refrigerator, stove, air fryer, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. There is also basic seasoning and a coffee machine.

~SECURITY:
There are two Ring cameras outside the property for the safety of our guests, and they are facing the common area and parking lot. There are no cameras inside the house.
