Beautiful townhouse with gulf and beach views from your balcony! Beach is just steps from the townhouse!No busy street to cross and townhouse is located in the west end of the complex by the beach away from the street! Newly renovated with new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which have been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washer and dryer. Loft area includes new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shops and bars!

When you are in the Tampa area and need a beach oasis escape, DO STAY HERE!! Everything is simply perfect! It is immaculately clean. Super cute and great layout. The beach is steps away, perfect for morning walks, watching evening sunsets and everything in between. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owners is easy and top notch. We will absolutely be back!

This home was amazing! We stayed with four adults and two children, and we had plenty of room. It was perfect for our family. There was a pool and very close to the beach. There was also everything you could possibly need for the beach will definitely be returning.

Our absolute favorite place to stay!! Super clean, all the amenities (including best stocked high quality beach gear), and can’t beat proximity to the beach. The owners have always been fantastic communicators and if any issue arises they are on top of problem solving. If you want comfort, convenience, and beautiful gulf beaches, this is your place. If you want a fun day trip, head up to Tarpon Springs. Great pizza? NY style at Pajanos. Ice Cream? Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee. Manatees visited a few days, typically see dolphins, and epic sunsets.

Four 50 girls trip

Condo is beautiful and is exactly as pictured. Leanna is very accommodating and quick to respond if you should have any questions or concerns. There are plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and a beach cart to get everything you need to the beach, which is only about 50 steps from your front door and the pool is right next to the condo. The beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a rental. The bathrooms are updated and very clean. Water pressure is amazing. Beach and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. I highly recommend staying at Leanne’s condo. We will definitely come back!

Ocean view spectacular!

What a beautiful property just steps from the ocean. Ocean view from your balcony. Extremely clean and well kept. Appliances all new. Hostess was easy to contact and accommodating. Plenty of good restaurants to walk to or a short Uber. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is everything that is says it is and more. Our family had the most wonderful vacation here. Our kids said it was the best place we have ever stayed. It was peaceful and beautiful. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again.

IRB location is amazing!

The house, complex and location are amazing! The house is perfect for a family of 4! The storage unit was filled with all the necessary things for the beach, including a cooler! Chairs, toys, umbrellas, you name it, it was in there. The location of being steps to the gulf was phenomenal. While standing on the sandbar in the gulf, I was able to visually see my husband waving at me from the balcony of the unit. House was extremely clean and had all the things needed in the kitchen to have meals in. Leanne, the host, was extremely friendly and responsive!!! I would highly recommend staying here! We will be booking another week.

Amazing Townhouse!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the pics and description on the rental listing, we were expecting it to be great but it was amazing. Extremely clean, modern, cozy, comfortable.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - pots, pans, skillets, utensils, full size fridge with pull out freezer (great for stocking up on ice), tons of dishes, blender, coffee pot and keurig, toaster…loads of storage. Starter items for day 1- salt/pepper, some coffee pods and sugar packs, dish liquid soap, dishwasher soap- the owner thought of everything. Washer/dryer (and some laundry detergent and dryer sheets to get you started). Beach towels (you don’t need to pack those if you’re flying like we did). There was really comfy carpet on the stairs and second floor that we found very cozy. The sheets were really soft. The upstairs loft was cool and had a few board games we enjoyed during the tropical storm. The porch was amazing, perfect view of the sunset. On the bottom level is a huge closet with at least 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach wagon, cooler, beach bag, a huge tote and buckets of sand toys, a bunch of boogie boards, volleyball net, and a grill! All you need is your clothes, your groceries, and your loved ones and you will have a perfect vacation here! We loved it. I’d give it more stars if I could.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this location! The proximity to the pool/ocean/parking was super convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The check-in process was very smooth. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We appreciated the extra beach towels and storage room FULL of everything you could possibly need for the beach (chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc). The area was peaceful and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our trip. The only negative, if we were trying to find one, was the downstairs shower didn’t get super warm. But that was it and it didn’t change how we felt about the place at all. Also, if anyone has issues with stairs keep in mind this place does have 2 sets from the front door to main living area and then another 2 sets to the upstairs bedrooms. It was fine for our group, they aren’t super steep and it’s not a crazy amount of steps, but just something to keep in mind for some. Overall, everything was pretty much perfect!! The photos are very accurate and the ocean is JUST as close of a walk as it shows. We also loved the balcony furniture and you can look right down into the pool, it is that close. Highly recommend!! We would 100% return if in the area again. Thanks!

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is fantastic. The beach was only steps away and the townhouse came with all the beach stuff we could possibly need. The property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!
