Private Charming Waterfront House - Walk To Beautiful Sunset Beach

Welcome to paradise! Sit on your private dock and watch the dolphins swim by! Enjoy watching the sunset in your private backyard! It's a short stroll to the white sands of Sunset Beach and the famous Caddy's beach bar. Sunset beach is a family friendly area of Treasure Island that is also close to everything. This cozy single family home sleeps 4 people and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home has beautiful hard wood floors and remodeled bathroom and kitchen. The master bedroom overlooks the water and has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home includes beach chairs and some beach toys for the children to enjoy. Full size washer and dryer (with detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets) available for your use. Coffee and snacks provided for your enjoyment. Free WiFi. Outdoor grill and utensils also available for your use. Come relax and enjoy what Sunset Beach has to offer!

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Perfect, you have the best beach a very easy short walk down the street and the intercoastal waterway in your backyard. Fish all day,crabs and Dolphins!!!!! Home is well equipped with everything needed!!!!!! We will ne back!!!!

Amazing Getaway

This location was absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. And when you don't want to go out , you have your own backyard oasis. We didn't want to leave . And can't wait to come back. The house and amenities was everything that was described in the description. Thank you Dave & Chafica for the great vacation getaway!

Cozy cottage

This home was perfect for our stay. It was so close to the beach and the host provides a wagon and everything we might need for some beach fun! The bay was quiet and calm and we had a dolphin appear regularly. We'll definitely be back!

We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at David & Chafica's property and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it! The location is fantastic and the house had everything we needed. Great kitchen for cooking and wonderful outdoor spaces, both shaded and for basking in the sun. We will be back!

Go there once, you’ll be there twice.

2nd stay here and again did not disappoint. Staying at David and Chafica’s is like getting a blood transfusion. We love sitting outside and watching boats and dolphins go by along with tons of birds to watch. Nighttime is so peaceful too and you can see beautiful stars so close and is just so calm. Already planning our 3rd trip!

Vacation in paradise

I’ve been traveling to Florida many times in the last 10 years. By far this was the most wonderful place to stay. It was well-equipped, helpful landlord, perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful lagoon view in the back yard. Nice folding chairs for outings, bikes, private beach inc sand toys for the kiddos. Very comfortable house for up to 4 people, just so nice to hang out at the house. Stayed 8 days I’d come back again. Thank you

Thanks for the memories!

We had a wonderful time and made great memories! We loved the area and the local wildlife, including the dolphins and pelicans. Everything on the property was set up for convenience and ease. The welcoming gifts were very sweet and thoughtful. The neighborhood cats made us feel right at home! We loved our time on Treasure Island. Thank you!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Sunset Beach. This was a yearly family get away and couldn't have been a better place to be. The property was better than listed, clean, furnished well and an amazing location. The hosts were very communicative and available for questions. We enjoyed the property, the very close beach and the area bars, restaurants and attractions. Great memories and a property we hope to get back to. Thank you!

Truly wonderful!

This property has a great location, welcoming owners, a nice set up, and thoughtful amenities. We took the very short walk to enjoy the beach everyday, fished and swam off the dock, and relaxed in the very comfortable house. It truly had it all. Our only regret is that we only stayed one week!!

Perfect House

We had a great stay. The house is in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach - beach wagon provided was so helpful. We loved the screened in porch. Very peaceful, great sunsets. David was very responsive & helpful! House was stocked with everything you would need.

Perfect cottage!

My family and I had such a great time at David and Chafica’s cottage. When the other reviews mentioned the short walk to the beach, I didn’t realize how short it really is! It was a perfect vacation home for my mom, sister, and myself. The screened-in porch was excellent. We’d sit in the evenings and watch the water. Very peaceful!

We absolutely loved staying in this adorable home. The amenities of a wagon, bikes, umbrellas and beach chairs were the best. The beach was our own private oasis. Easy access to everything. Clean and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again.

Perfect little cottage

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect getaway for a long weekend in February. The house is comfortable, beautifully furnished and in a great location! The beach is an easy 5-minute walk. We would definitely go back!

Heaven on Earth

Whenever you go to a new place you sometimes hold your breath and hope it is great. When we arrived at David & Chafica's home we knew right away we hit the jackpot of a spot. This home is fully equipped with everything you need. Loved the private pier which I would fish on early every morning and evening. Pelicans, Herring and all kinds of birds would hang out at the pier and neighborhood cats would stop by (I felt like Ace Ventura). My family absolutely loved this place and it was so homey. We would sit out at night and it is so quiet and serene and the stars where amazing. During the day we would take the provided wagon and beach chairs and take a quick stroll to the endless white beaches and hang out all day. Our teens loved the private beach area at the house and preferred hanging out there a lot. Owners are great communicators and answered all of or questions before hand and checking in was a breeze and went super smooth. Can't wait to go back!

Adorable beach cottage!

Because I am familiar with this area, staying in a hotel or condo just isn’t for me. Sunset Beach and this home were perfect for a quiet beach getaway. The home has everything needed to stay in, but the backyard is the real secret! An amazing screened in porch, a sandy “beach” area, a dock to fish off (rods are also included!), and an area to just relax on the Adirondacks. Feel like a quick walk to the beach? There are chairs, umbrellas and other goodies you can put in the wagon to make it easy. Stay to watch an amazing sunset, it’s called Sunset Beach for a reason. The home is also walking distance to 2 outdoor bars should you fee the need to get out. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Treasure Island Paradise

This place was all that I could have asked for. The inside was clean and had a complete beach vibe. The bathroom was updated. The TV and WiFi was very easy to use. The dock is beautiful and walking distance to beach.

Spring break 2021

We had a great time. The house was very quaint and loved the water access out back. Family lives near by so we were able to have them come and visit. Our teenage daughter and friend enjoyed being able to walk to Caddy’s. Thanks so much for a great trip!

A Beautiful Piece of Heaven!!

We had an amazing vacation. We felt at home and welcome. Walking distance to our favorite spot, The Sea Dog as well as many other spots. Ka Tiki was a great spot with great music with the Sunset just across the street. Highly recommend this home!! Will return.

This cute, super clean house was exactly the way it was pictured and described. We had excellent communication with David, and really enjoyed our stay. Don’t hesitate to book your stay- it’s great!
