3 Bedroom 2.5 bath Family Retreat with Heated Pool,Hot tub & Game Room

A spacious, freshly remodelled 2,000+ sq ft retreat in Palm Harbor, perfect for relaxation and fun. Enjoy a large private pool with an 8’ deep end, a therapeutic hot tub, and a fully screened, covered outdoor entertainment area complete with a TV and a practice putt putt game.

The home sits on a large Fenced backyard with a soccer goalie where u can enjoy a good game of soccer or any other outdoor game u like. Basketball hoop, badminton available on request.

An indoor game room that features:
A fully equipped billiards table
A 10 game foosball Table
Wall mounted Dart board
Wall mounted scrabble
Wall mounted 5 in a row
A Huge Chalkboard

Or you could enjoy a karaoke night with your friends in our cozy living room space with a 72 inch TV for your game nights.

The house has 3 bedrooms i.e.

We do have a separate powder bathroom for your convenience too.

The house also has a fully equipped laundry room with washer dryer iron iron board.

We do have a couple of extra airbeds in case you are a bigger group.

Basic start up necessities will be provided

The property is protected with outdoor surveillance Ring cameras in front of the main door and the garage.

Free wifi is available for our guests.

The house is a short 6.5 mile from honeymoon Beach & Dunedin causeway, 30 minutes to Tampa international Airport, 40 minutes to Clearwater beach or st Petersburg downtown or Tampa downtown . Location is convenient for shopping, dining and offers several entertainment options.

Our reservation ended up being a little goofy timing wise as this property was switching hands. We had to cancel thru vrbo and contact new host thru vrbo to rebook. Vrbo and new host were very helpful but nonetheless a little worry some considering our vacation was literally right around the corner…and you would think vrbo could just transfer the reservations!Also, we did partially book this house because of the original “beachy colors” which turned out to be inaccurate as it was more recently remodeled. All in all, the property most certainly met our needs and wants. The host (property owner) was very kind and easy to get a hold of and quick to respond! We had a great stay/experience visiting friends and family while exploring and cannot wait to go back!

Dirty pool. The garbage disposal smelled and needed cleaning. We had to wipe down the entire kitchen before anything else. The backyard along with the property in general has been neglected. It does not look like the pictures. no laundry detergent and barely enough toilet paper for 2 guests.

New ownership! We were the first guests since the change. Location was great. 20 minute from TPA, all the restaurants and shopping. Also, 40min from Pier 60. The VRBO has a great chance of being very good with a little cleanup and maintenance. Owners were responsive and accommodating.

This house has all the wow space and amenities as promised in the ad. We were thrilled by the location because it was a quick and easy drive to the charming downtowns of Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Ozona. That’s not always the case even in neighborhoods “closer.” This was a quiet, private space close to Pinellas County’s north-end hot spots; yet, still accessible to main thoroughfares to Clearwater and Tampa. Terrific stay when you want more room than a beachfront hotel.

Parking was excellent. We utilized the garage which made it easy to unload and load our luggage. The place was clean and our Host was always available and quick to answer any questions we may have. My nephew is the one that found how to get the warm water into the pool. The pool was cold but we did manage to at least get waist deep for a while. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed that very much.

My wife enjoyed the pool. It was pleasant to sit by. we found the vacuum wasn't working so we fooled with it & got it fired up. Very clean pool now !! Quiet area which was nice. All a bit dated but worked out ok. Ceiling fan near pool covered in dirt. Linen needs some attention. Had to go thru towels to find one w/o stains. I would rate the stay at a 6. No huge complaints, but would not stay there again.

The house has a lot of good features, the pool was awesome! The backyard was great for football! There were basics we weren't expecting, salt& pepper, basic spices, coffee and filters in the cupboards! The hot tub was great! But, it's an older house and it feels older. The towels need replacing. The patio TV needs replacing, the deck needs pressure washing and the patio furniture has seen better days. We're Floridians so we know how things age outside, but more durable furniture would be better. Billiards were fun and they played many board games in the living room!

You can tell this house was once wonderful, but I will assume do to reckless/destructive people it has turned into a okay place to stay if you can ignore things. I will start with upon walking in the door ants in every corner of every square inch some alive some dead and they bite. Not one TV works properly. Especially the one outside. Every single piece of furniture is broken. Whoever they have clean doesn't actually clean. The pool people were supposed to show up Tuesday but didn't show up till Friday. The hot tub cover is supposed to be on a hinge thing which rotted out so we didn't even use it and it would randomly go off on its own. The whole house as a whole needs to be repaired. And I normally never say anything bad but I was so disappointed but didn't say anything while we were there because I don't want to be bothered while I'm on vacation.

Beautiful fully equipped home

This is a beautiful home in a lovely quiet area, the house is fully equipped with everything you would ever need and more.Pool temperature was absolutely perfect, very refreshing in the hot/humid weather.The house is about a 10 minute drive to an amazing white sand beach (honeymoon island) Also local baseball team Clearwater threshers is a must visit as well, great atmosphere and lovely staff also managed to catch a match baseball too (lovely souvenir)Enjoyed our stay very much recommended this property highly

Perfect house for entertaining and exceptionally dog friendly

I rented the house to go to my grandson‘s eighth grade graduation. I was able to have them over for a pool party and we also really enjoyed the pool table. I travel with my mini Australian Shepherd. The backyard is fenced and the house is very dog friendly.

Great amenities, communication, location

The property is perfect for a family - it has a huge pool, the biggest pool I've had at a rental property and in April it was warm enough. It was colder on a couple of days when the weather wasn't as good but still warm enough to use. The Hot Tub was also large enough for the family and we spent alot of time in the outside space including the working gas BBQ. The inside space was a good layout for us and the kitchen has every utensil and item you could possibly need. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space for a family of 4. The property was in pretty good condition and we didn't have a problem with anything in the house. The Billiards table was also great and we spent alot of time playing billiards/pool and the table and cues are in great condition. The area around the property is very close to alot of stores/restaurants and close enough to multiple beaches (10 mins to the nearest one) and central Tampa (40 mins). The area is a little noisy as it's close to US19 but it wasn't a problem and didn't impact us and not a problem when in the house. We had excellent communication from Ian and he gave us plenty of suggestions before arriving, it was easy to get access to the house when we arrived and we met him during our stay as he lived close enough to help us while there and again provided some suggestions while respecting us being in the house so I can't thank him enough. So I definitely recommend the property and we would stay there again.

Spring break with the family

Loved our stay here! We used the pool every afternoon—floating and playing water games. Our teen boys used the hot tub most evenings. And we had family billiard competitions each night. A fantastic vacation for our family! Both of our teen boys rated it 10/10!!Plenty of space for being together or apart. ;) Ian was easy to reach and communicate with. The only downs we had were: the TV by the hot tub was fuzzy/unwatchable (but there are 3 inside tvs that work great with Roku apps to sign into), the water pressure was low and the master bath sink had a super slow drain. Highly recommend.

Relaxing

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home. It's in the heart of Palm Harbor there's plenty to do it from 5 minutes to 20 minutes away around us. This is our second time staying in. It's a Palm Harbor area. We really enjoy it.

Great Stay!

We had our 2 sons, a daughter in law and one dog with us. The house is extremely quiet and very family friendly. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool-but they were nice as well. The fenced in backyard was a major convenience. The kitchen is well equipped and the extra refrigerator in the laundry room came in handy. I would definitely recommend staying here. Ian is good at communicating and all the notes and instructions were easy to find and follow. Being able to easily park 3 vehicles was extremely convenient.
