The main level of the home features a fully equipped, all new kitchen to cook a delicious feast for the family, and a glass sliding door connects the spacious living/dining area to gulf views and beach side living. The large balcony area with comfortable new outdoor furniture allows you to privately soak in the sun and even enjoy meals close to the water’s edge.

On the upper level, each bedroom features stylish décor, king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, flat-screen smart TVs and cable. The master bedroom also has an additional private balcony that allows morning gulf views when you rise! For further servicing needs, upstairs has a laundry area with a washer and dryer. On the lower level, there is assigned covered parking for two cars and a storage closet for beach supplies. Additional amenities include great high-speed WiFi, central air-conditioning and a full suite of appliances.
