Perfect Vacation

We couldnā€™t have been happier with the property. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Our location was close to the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Will definitely return.

Beautiful Getaway in Treasure Island

My parents and I had a wondeful stay at this condo right on Treasure Island! We loved having an ocean-front view and a private pool. It was a short walk from the beach and had direct access to a paved walkway. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Nice view, walking distance to every where

We arrived late but check in was easy and contactless by way of codes provided from email a few days prior to arrival. The condo is on the small side however, it worked great for myself, and two sons. The pool and hot tub on premise were nice, clean and relaxing. Easy direct access to the beach. There were floats, sand toys, etc in the condo so no need to spend$ on stuff you're just using on vaca never to use again. Walking distance to everything from Dunk'n Donuts, Scoops ice-cream, (Across the street) to Publix, Surfstyle, Foxy's, Chase bank (ATM) 5-7 min walk. The owners are very polite and show what I believe to be genuine interest/ concern for the quality of your stay in their managed units. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a fun filled beach week or long weekend, I definitely recommend staying in one of the units Charles , Liz, and Brandon manage.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great as there are restaurants, ice cream, coffee, etc. all in walking distance, John's Pass Village Boardwalk is a short drive with lots of restaurants and shops as well. The condo was exactly what we needed, and property managers were very quick to respond and assist as we needed. There were beach chairs to use, but also rental for chairs and umbrella right out from the condo on the beach too. We would recommend staying here.

Nice place on the beach

The condo itself was as advertised. However, it could use some upgrades. The mattresses should be replaced as they are worn down, i.e, soft and don't support your back very well. Could use some glassware, i.e, only one highball glass. I bought 4. I also bought batteries for the TV remotes. Bottom line, a great place that could be better.

Perfect location!

This is a fantastic place to rent with or without a family. The location is fantastic with many walkable restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The pool is wonderful. The beach is beautiful and clean. The trolly is so easy to use. You donā€™t really need a car. Not to be picky, but the comforter in the main bedroom looked a little worn. It could use an upgrade. The unit was very well stocked with items to cook with. Iā€™m very happy and would stay again or recommend to a friend.

POOR Security !!!!!!

Someone entered our unit in the evening using a card key. Totally unacceptable......no one in office or with trip could explain to us how this happened it was a very unacceptable and scary experience!! The unit was not as nice/clean as pictured online. Mattresses in poor shape as well as living room furniture. There were a few other large groups that monopolized the pool/bbq area while playing extremely loud music for most of the weekend and those guests were under the influence. Would not recommend for family with young children.

This was not a good experience!

I arrived after my meetings and found a dirty, stained, paint chipping off walls, damaged/stained furniture, old beds and human matter on the bathroom walls. The windows were filthy and this definitely did not look like the pictures I viewed to book the reservation. I spoke with the property manager who did arrange for me to move to another area. The second place was a little cleaner, but there were still very concerning issues. There was a missing dining room chair replaced with a worn out ottoman. The bar stools were broken and the front door side window shade was broken and there was no water pressure at the sinks. It was late and I had no place to go so I had to stay one night. The next morning I had meetings starting at 8:00am--and in between working I was trying to get things corrected with the facility at Treasure Island. Bottom line, I left and found new, wonderful arrangements elsewhere. I have not received the level of service, amount of refund, or business acumen that should have been applied in this case. Pictures can be deceiving and in this instance, definitely were. Do your own due diligence for the property review, as my experience did not correlate to the property pictures / experience I anticipated or received.

Attended a wedding

Our stay was enjoyable and we loved the location of the condo. Very convenient to walk to many of places nearby and of course loved the Dunkin Donuts right across the street. The view from the balcony was very nice and enjoyable to sit and have coffee and breakfast while looking at the ocean. Beach access and the chairs and towels left in the condo came in handy and were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the treasure island area. We had a parking spot underneath the condos that was assigned to keep our rental car parked which worked out great, and kept it cool so it wasnā€™t in the sun when we went to get in. We brought our own filters and ground coffee and used the coffee maker which worked out great and was also convenient for coffee when we didnā€™t go to Dunkin. The soap and body wash things in the shower were not filled but a few toiletries were left to use but note that the bar of soap left is a facial bar not necessarily bar soap for your body. We didnā€™t use the washer or dryer so I canā€™t speak to how that worked as we had no time to wash anything while there. There was only one extra blanket in the main bedroom closet but wish there was more extra blankets for the other bedroom and if someone stayed on the couch bed. When your out in the sun all day and get burnt although you want AC on it got chilly at night and would of been great to have an extra blanket for each room and the couch area. Trash was easy to take out.

Nice little getaway.

Great location. Awesome views. Close to places to eat and things to do. The unit did show a little wear and tear. The mattress in the guest room was showing some age and needs replaced. All and all it was a good place to stay. Perfect for people who just need a place to crash. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Clean condo and great location

We were very happy with the condo. It was clean and the beds were comfy. My only suggestion would be that the carpets could be replaced -- they are kind of stained. But overall we were very happy with our choice and would definitely come back again. We love the boardwalk and all the little places to go sit outside for drinks and/or food.

Overall a good place to spend a short weekend on the beach, which is huge and well maintained. The condo has all the amenities youā€™d expect at the beach having nice new beach chairs and plenty of extra towels for everyone.

Great quick getaway

My mom is now retired so my sister and I brought her down for a little getaway. This condo was perfect for us. Anything we needed we could walk to. The balcony view was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Communication was superb during our stay. We couldnā€™t be anymore pleased.
