Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? At the Kennedy Kayak & Corn Hole Club you can. The beautiful white sand beaches and extensive recreational opportunities are at your front door and a private quiet
residential setting are at your back door. Imagine by day playing at the beach then returning to a tropical garden and sitting around a fire surrounded by nature at night with ample space to savor being outdoors... Pretty Ideal.
This spectacular designer decorated unit is fully furnished and is ready to please even the most discriminating of travelers. It includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, dining room, laundry, fully equipped kitchen and a 300 square foot private covered deck. One security camera located on 3rd floor deck facing stairs. Another security camera overlooking the pool. This newly renovated 840 square foot unit has top of the line finishes, furnishings and granite throughout.
Plus a great communal pool to use!
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Unit is on the 2nd floor.

There was an issue at check in, but the host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we loved the rental and would definitely rent again in the future. We're thinking about bringing extended family and renting multiple units.

Absolutely perfect! Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Good parking, crystal clear pool, and elegant coastal decor. Very impressed with the cleanliness and sophistication. Great outdoor living space and short walk to beach access. Felt very safe and secure. Nice neighborhood.Will be back and recommend!

Wonderful!!

We loved it here! So clean, it was updated and super cute! Residential area was so quiet and such a short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay here again.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I must say my stay here was excellent, the unit is 1 block away from the beach, and it comes with everything you need, just pack your bathing suit and suntan lotion, after a long day at the beach you get to relax in the pool or just chill out on the deck. unit was just as described and spotless will definitely be back!!!

Beach Vacation

Very nice beach house in Indian Rocks Beach community. My son stayed with us. Plenty of room for all of us. Quiet neighborhood. One block from the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and will rent again.

Beautiful Home, Close to Beach

This was a lovely home. Exactly as described. Short easy walk to the beach. I love the fact that they had beach supplies for us to use. Pool was amazing. Porch had comfortable nice furniture. I would definitely stay again.

Indian Rocks Beach June Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is updated and very clean. We also loved the pool and the large covered porch. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved this place. Super clean, well kept. Location was wonderful, just a quick walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Huge beach closet with anything you could need for the beach. Easy parking. Walking distance to kooky coconut and nice pickleball courts less than a mile away. Super clean pool and wonderful pool deck with a huge umbrella and nice furniture.You did have to leave the pool vacuum in the pool which wasn’t ideal, but we named him Andy and accepted him as part of the gang. Loved the keyless entry and usb ports in the lamps. Comfortable beds. Very powerful shower but if you get sunburned there’s no way to make it lighter. Awesome to have laundry in the unit. A couple odds and ends. The water would not get cold even after running a while. No TV’s in the bedrooms and the living room tv has only Netflix and prime for streaming. Just 3 of us but we could have used more towels. The cookware was all in really good shape but the knives really need to be replaced. They’re dangerously dull. Great dishwasher in the unit. There’s also an icemaker which was great have. The covered patio was wonderful too with really comfortable furniture. Oh and great AC in the unit. We also could have used a pen.We had a small toilet issue that was addressed immediately by the owner. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience

Clean and peaceful

Beautiful, clean and peaceful. The host was lovely and helpful. Super quick walk to the Gulf and lots of beach chairs, etc. for use. The pool was clean and refreshing. Unfortunately, the pool doesn’t list how deep the water is and I jumped in, breaking my foot, sadly. Other than that hiccup, we had a wonderful time.

Close to beach and the place was pristine. A lovely quiet area and halfway between places we wanted Togo in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We’d stay here again.

Perfect for our Family

This worked out perfectly for our family. Great location. It was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. All major amenities were present. Unfortunately, it was short on supplies such as TP, paper towels, soap, etc. More than four small beach towels would have also been appreciated. However, it did not negatively affect our time. The beach was a close walk, the neighborhood was well located. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was great to have available and sharing it with other guests was not a problem. We did not use the firepit as there was no wood on site and we did not look to buy any. The host communicated well and the owner happened to be on site. He was pleasant to speak with and helpful. I would recommend the location and this place.

Spring Break

The property was perfect for our spring break trip this year. We had all the amenities we needed. Just a short, easy walk to the beach. The property manager reached out to make sure our check in was seamless. We would recommend and stay again.

Comfortable and cozy

This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Beach. We were there primarily for Spring Training but also wanted to be near the beach. This property was very private, quiet and extremely clean. For my husband and I, it was a perfect place to settle in between baseball games. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the beach or the pool. But we relaxed and slept well in the comfortable bed. I had called the owner to ask if there was anything that could be done about the water pressure in the shower and he had it taken care of immediately! There are two bikes available and everything you need for a day at the beach. Very short distance to the beach and many restaurants walkable from the rental.
