Large Private Home w/ Pool 100 steps from Beach

Great vacation home for all ages! Live like a local in a family-home on quiet, beautiful Sunset Beach. Paradise for families with children! All the toys for home, swim-spa and beach entertainment are available for your enjoyment. 7 ADULTS Maximum plus up to 5 Kids :)



What we love about our home: The outdoor shower in summer months is amazing for rinsing with fresh water after the beach; the Master Bathroom's feel (you'll see) , sparkling water coming right out of the fridge! (Sodastream), easy-to-use voice command Alexa music/sound system. Our home is located in one of the areas most popular streets with beach access as close as can be. Experience life on the beach like a local.



This house is located in a residential neighborhood. As much fun as the hot tub/swim spa can be, please make sure not to be too loud. Thanks!

The house had everything a family could need for a beach vacation, just a short walk to the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with quality kitchenware and plenty of space to cook and dine. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens, and the oversized hot tub made it perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to the beach, some food options and a great local coffee shop. We used the swim spa for multiple hours and took full advantage of the outdoor patio space. Loved that we didn't need to bring/buy beach chairs or sand toys, board games or even spices. The hosts responded quickly with our questions. Highly recommend.

Host was very helpful w some of the technology around TV usage and acknowledged instructions were to be updated since they had a new provider. We were there during Super Bowl and Olympics and host graciously added the Peacock app so we could enjoy the Olympics. That is the extra mile. Hendrick was really a super host. The hot tub is huge and was a welcome retreat especially because it was cool during our stay. House is generally well stocked. Could use a few travel mugs. If we had young children this would be an amazing place. Super kid friendly w gates on all the stairs. Two kid bedrooms room painted w murals, kid size tables and chairs, lots of books, games, crayons etc. Portable cribs. Really a perfect and super thoughtful set up for families. Beach is a super short walk from a friendly and safe neighborhood. Chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys provided. The house is vertical so folks w mobility issues might have trouble w 3 sets of stairs to get to master bedroom and one kid’s room. Or two sets to get to main living level and 3 main bedrooms. Otherwise, for most families, this is a wonderful house w wonderful and attentive but not intrusive host!

We had a very nice 18 day stay here with our family. 4 adults and 3 kids ranging from 1-4 years old. The location is great as it is right near the beach and there is a crossing/beach access over a fairly low traffic road. The beach itself was gorgeous and uncrowded. Some great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Owner was very responsive to our needs. House very well equipped for the kids with portable cribs, beach toys, beach wagon and chairs. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home. Plenty of separate space so that we all had privacy. Open common area so that we were all able to enjoy each other as well. Everything we needed for the week was available. Host was responsive. We will book this location again in the future!

This house was perfect for us. It is SO close to the beach, with beautiful white sand, tons of shells, gorgeous sunsets, and sometimes we were the only folks at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved sleeping in the "aquarium room". The bathrooms are gorgeous with custom tiles, beautiful lighting and nice touches like octopus toilet paper holders and drain covers. Hendrik made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, and even brought over new beach chairs that are higher off the ground for the grandparents to use.

Beautiful home and great location!

Propert exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped and great for entertaining. The bathrooms were well stocked and good sized. The house was big enough to accommodate 9 people and provided ample space to not feel overcrowded. The outside pool/spa was such a hit. Every night we ended up in it watching sports and movies. The house is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars are close by. We would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future.

Great Family Time

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the 6 adults and 4 children. They loved how the rooms were decorated and furnished and never ran out of things to do. The swim spa kept them entertained, when it would get too cool on the beach. The MOST well equipped kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO! The management was very responsive when we had a need or question. Overall, a great stay!

What a lovely house! Steps from the beach, as advertised. And the house was both spotless and stocked with everything you could think to need. Tons of space for hanging out. The owner was incredibly responsive when we needed anything. The only thing to be aware of: the main living space is second floor, so if you have someone with mobility issues that woild be a concern

Nice area but older home

The location is great with only a block from the beach but the house is very old so if you have allergies the older vents may bother you as they did our family. Host was easy to work with. Pros-very close to the beach; plenty of room;large home. Cons- The house is old, a/c vents need to be cleaned out-they smell old and musty. Found a few cockroaches (made me uneasy but it’s a tropical area) but host aware abd sprays, mosquitoes are awful by the spa tub outside-thankfully there was bug spray. The beach was great with lots of seashells. Resturant within walking distance. Nice area.

Worry free vacation!

This was a perfect vacation house for a large family! It’s close enough to the beach where adults and teens can easily and quickly walk back when they’ve had enough, the hot tub was shaded and private, plenty of beds, tons of activities for younger guests to occupy themselves with, a fully stocked spice cabinet, and there is an outstanding array of beach toys/tubes/coolers/wagons…everything you can think of, it’s there and available. Caddy’s was an easy walk, and Publix was just a short drive away. We explored the rest of the area on our last day and were so happy with the location of the house and its beach access. The rest of the island is more touristy but this area was quiet with uncrowded beaches, residential homes, and a nice family atmosphere. The island has a power outage one night and the manger was responsive (even at 10pm) when I texted to make sure it was island wide. The manager also included a great vendor list and suggestions for nearby restaurants, attractions, etc. Our family loved staying here for the week and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation house!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay at Seaglass! Hendrik was great and quickly responded to any question or issues we had. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was well stocked the kitchen space was great! The one thing that caught us off guard was we thought there were two king beds based on the pictures but realized in the description one of the rooms now has 2 queen beds. The spa was great for the kids who didn’t mind being in 90 degree weather both inside and outside of the water 😂. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and Caddy’s restaurant was about a 4 minute walk! Perfect location! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the St. Pete Beach/Treasure Island area!

We were a family from near and far and gathered in this lovely beach house. It offers everything you need plus the location to the beach access is just seconds from the house. Publix was about 3 minutes away, plus Caddy's and Ka'Tiki for a getaway. Thanks!!

Great Location!!

Perfect location much closer than we expected to the beach and safe for the kids to walk back-and-forth! We like that we were walking distance to two bar/restaurants they had live music every day! The house came with all the amenities for the beach, so it made it easy for packing. There was plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels. outdoor shower way key for everyone rinsing off before going into the house. The hot tub was fun for the kids and adults at night with a TV! Hendrick was easy to get a hold of and checkin process was easy too! Quite neighborhood, and highly recommend this to families with kids! We even grilled a couple nights- kitchen was well equipped. The beach is beautiful ! We can’t wait to come back!

Great vacation spot!

Great location, only half a block to the beach. Sunset beach lives up to it's name. Close to restaurants and stores but still feels like a very private area. The house was great. We had three generations there for a few of our ten day stay. Everything you could possibly need was available in the house, including all beach supplies. Hendrik was great to work with and very available. I accidentally broke a part of the washing machine and he ordered the replacement immediately and it was there in 2 days, and he refused to charge us for this. We will definitely stay here or any of his properties again.
