IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 50's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.

*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.
