Beautiful, updated and spacious 1 bedroom cottage featuring a Queen bed and a Sleeper sofa. This has a delightful interior and it accommodates 3 guests. The living room features an accent chair and TV.

Adjacent to the living area is the updated kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the amenities needed to make a meal.

The cottage is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, Smart TV and shared laundry.

Location is the cherry on top! It's steps from the sand and walking distance to popular restaurants like Frenchy's, ClearSky, Palm Pavilion and more!

Please note: *This cottage is behind Island Vibes House – both units can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that is shared is the laundry area.

*VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement first come/first serve. Only 1 vehicle will fit but we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.
* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.
*This unit doesn't have an oven or a dishwasher

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
