There are four beautifully designed bedrooms throughout this home. The master bedroom is on its own side of the house, equipped with a California king bed, smart TV, & private ensuite bathroom. On the other end of the house are the three remaining bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms have one queen bed in each, while the fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. There is also a queen pullout sofa available to use in the living room.

This home has two full bathrooms. The private master ensuite bathroom has one sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. On the other end of the house, the second bathroom has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people, plus 6 additional seating options around the kitchen counter.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
