🏖️Beach Gear
We provide beach gear including chairs, a beach blanket, and a beach tent. The gear is located on the wall to the left when entering the garage.
*Please note that the garage contains additional water-related equipment, including kayaks, water sports gear, snorkeling equipment, and bicycles. These items are NOT available for guest use and are reserved exclusively for the owners. Additionally, the vehicle located on the property is not for guest use.

🔥Grill
We provide a charcoal grill for your use, but guests must supply their own charcoal. Please be sure to clean the grill after use. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied if the grill is left uncleaned.

Guests have access to the Lake St. George community amenities, a favorite among families in Palm Harbor:

🏊‍♂️Community swimming pool - Make sure to bring along `Flora`, our flamingo keychain🦩. She holds the key fob to enter the community pool. Please ensure to put Flora back in her home (the hook by the front door) before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $350 replacement fee.

Kayaking and other non-motorized water activities are typically permitted via designated community access points. Please note there is no private dock or direct lake access from the home, and guests should follow all posted community guidelines when using the lake.

The Neighborhood
Harbor Hideaway is located in a quiet, residential Palm Harbor neighborhood known for its community feel, family-friendly layout, and convenient access to outdoor recreation. Being at the end of a cul-de-sac means minimal traffic and a peaceful stay — perfect for families and guests looking to relax after a day at the beach.

For the safety of our guests and the property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway/entry area only. The camera is used solely for security purposes and to monitor arrivals and departures. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas, including the backyard or screened-in porch.

*Fire Safety Equipment Policy*
For the safety of all guests, fire safety equipment must not be tampered with, disabled, removed, or misused. This includes, but is not limited to, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and any other life safety devices. Any tampering, disabling, misuse, or unauthorized removal of fire safety equipment will result in a $1,000 fine, in addition to any costs for repairs, replacement, cleaning, or damages, and may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

*Pet Policy*
Only pets or animals that have been disclosed and approved prior to check-in are permitted on the property. Bringing any undisclosed pet or animal onto the premises will result in a $1,000 fine, in addition to any applicable cleaning, damage, or pest treatment fees. Failure to comply with this policy may also result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

1. General Guidelines

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for this home is 6 guests.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

We’re happy to try to accommodate special requests for early check-in or late check-out when possible. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, as availability depends on our cleaning schedule.

2. Community Pool & Lake Access

Community Pool Use
Guests have access to the Lake St. George community pool, which is a fenced pool with no lifeguard on duty. Restrooms are available at the pool facility. Pool hours and rules are set by the HOA and are posted on-site. Guests must follow all posted community guidelines.

Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool or community amenities.

Lake Access
Lake St. George is located within the community and may allow kayaking or other non-motorized water activities via designated community access points. There is no private dock or direct lake access from the home, and all posted rules must be followed.

3. Noise Ordinance

Quiet Hours
To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

Enforcement
Excessive noise or disturbances may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund.

4. No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of fees or deposits.

5. No Pets
This is not a pet-friendly home. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Only pets or animals that have been disclosed and approved prior to check-in are permitted on the property. Bringing any undisclosed pet or animal onto the premises will result in a $1,000 fine, in addition to any applicable cleaning, damage, or pest treatment fees. Failure to comply with this policy may also result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

6. Smoking Policy

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

If smoking occurs outside, please use ashtrays and dispose of materials properly.

Indoor Smoking Fee
Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 odor remediation fee, plus additional charges for any damage to furniture, linens, or household items.

7. Grill

Designated Use Only
The grill is available for guest use in the designated outdoor area only.

8. Safety

Fire Safety Equipment Policy:
For the safety of all guests, fire safety equipment must not be tampered with, disabled, removed, or misused. This includes, but is not limited to, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and any other life safety devices. Please follow all safety instructions, never leave the grill unattended while in use, and ensure all charcoal and embers are fully extinguished and cool before leaving the area or disposing of ashes.

9. Parking

Vehicle Limit
Up to 2 vehicles are permitted per reservation.

Parking Guidelines
Please park in the driveway only. Street parking and parking on the yard or grass are not permitted.

10. Additional Guidelines

Respect for the Home
Please treat the home, furnishings, and appliances with care. All items should be returned to their original location. Furniture should not be moved or rearranged.

Local Regulations
Guests must comply with all Pinellas County rules, including occupancy limits, parking regulations, trash guidelines, and quiet hours.
