This is our personal condo we are looking to share seasonally and is exquisitely appointed with one of a kind pieces and art from local artists. This 2nd floor location makes for amazing views out the front window including unbelievable sunrises. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the dock, or watch the sky light up with a thousand colors with a glass of wine at sunset. Dolphin and manatee watching are a daily activity here. The pool is heated and can be enjoyed year round as well as soaking up rays on the massive deck area.

Condo Details:

* 90 Day minimum stay. All tenants must be approved by the condo association and pass a background check. $100 non-refundable fee for the background check.

* All tenants must agree to follow all condominium rules.

* Wi-Fi and basic cable TV are included. The condo has a smart TV with Prime TV, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.

* Condo is 850 sq. ft. with central A/C and heat.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with cups, glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and disposal.

* All sheets and towels included. Limited daily disposables included (Paper towels and toilet paper). Tenant to provide additional as needed.

* One reserved parking spot is included. A guest pass is provided for daily guests. Overnight guests are not allowed.

* Building has and elevator and a coin laundry room is located on the 2nd floor.
