Primary Bedroom: Escape to Paradise Palms, your tranquil retreat in Florida. Indulge in the cozy bedroom, which boasts a comfortable king-sized bed for a rejuvenating night’s sleep. The room also features generous closet space, a dresser, two nightstands, a blackout shade, and a TV. Additionally, you'll find an en suite bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Queen & Bunk Bed Rooms: The first bedroom boasts a cozy queen-size bed, nightstands, a generous closet, and a soothing beach-inspired atmosphere—ideal for unwinding after a sun-filled day. The second bedroom includes bunk beds (with full and twin mattresses), a dresser, and a roomy closet, creating the perfect environment for children. Both rooms have blackout shades.

Pool/Backyard: Explore the amazing screened-in backyard area! Unwind and refresh at the stunning pool—an ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The backyard boasts:

Getting Around:
- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.
- Two designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay. Additional parking is available on the street, but please be considerate of our neighbors. A total of three vehicles can be parked while renting. 🚗
- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant free public parking.
- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.

- IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town.

Other Things to Note:
→ Pool Heater coming Winter of 25’/26’.
During November-March, if you would like the pool heated during your stay, please note that an additional daily fee will apply. Feel free to reach out to us for more details. 💦

→ No need to worry about packing or renting beach supplies! We supply our guests with towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, & an umbrella. ⛱️

→ ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀

→ ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.

No Lifeguard on Duty: This property does not have a lifeguard. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of all party members, including children and non-swimmers. An adult must always supervise children when in or near the pool.

Homeowner Liability Release: The homeowner, property owner, Airbnb host, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that occur in or around the swimming pool, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence, natural conditions, or acts of third parties.

Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted in or around the pool area. The use of alcohol, glass containers, or other hazardous materials in or near the pool is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification: By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the homeowner, property owner, host, and any associated entities from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the use of the swimming pool.
