Less than a mile to Johns Pass for restaurants, boat rentals, and fishing charters. Pet friendly. Free parking for 2 cars on the left side of the driveway. Additional parking on the lawn.
Please put umbrellas down when not in use to prevent from blowing away

Quiet hours after 11pm Treasure Island has a noise ordinance
Please pick up after your pet
No loud unattended barking dogs — please be courteous to neighbors
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events
No unregistered guests all guests must be listed on the reservation
Please leave no dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher upon checkout
Propane is not provided refills are available at the Shell station on Gulf Blvd, less than 5 minutes away
Boats must be pulled in head first on one side of the dock leave room on the other side for another boat
Boat trailers can be parked on the lawn
Please put chair cushions back in the treasure chest
