- Air purifier Guests will have full access to the entire home and backyard, with the exception of the garage. Entry is through a smart lock on the front door for an easy, convenient check-in process.
✨ Our backyard is your playground, complete with outdoor games like cornhole, Giant Connect Four, putt-putt, and bowling, making it a great spot for friendly competition, relaxing in the Florida sun, or unwinding on the wooden swing bench. ✨ This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for families and respectful groups. Parties and events are not permitted. Small family birthday celebrations for children or adults may be permitted with prior approval.

🐶No Pets / No Animals
To help protect guests with allergies and keep the home in excellent condition, pets and animals are not allowed on the property, including visiting pets and service animals in training. Unauthorized animals may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, along with a $500 additional cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning and allergen treatment.

🏖️ Beach & Grill Extras
We provide a gas grill and a variety of beach essentials, including sunscreen, a cooler and cooler bag, wagon, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach tote, beach chairs, and beach toys. Please return all items to their original place so future guests can easily find and enjoy them as well.

🏊🔥Pool heating note: The pool is heated by a heat pump. During colder weather, especially when outdoor temperatures dip below ~50°F, heat pumps may not be able to reach or maintain the set temperature as they normally do.

🌴Florida nature note: Because we’re in Florida’s warm, subtropical climate, it’s normal to occasionally see small lizards or other common outdoor pests. We have regular pest control, but they can sometimes get inside—especially if doors are left open. They’re harmless.
