Beach view was a few steps outside and around the corner. Great location with lots to do on the area. We just relaxed and had quite a few beach days. The beach is a few hundred yards away. Decent accommodations but great location. Would stay again.

Hidden gem!

We had a great time! The place was clean and a stone’s throw from the beach. The town was bustling with it being high school spring break but when we were in the pool, you didn’t notice too much. It’s right on the edge of being super busy. The pool has locked access. I’d stay here again! I wasn’t sure how to find the property manager, even after reviewing everything.

Everything was clean it was very convenient. The pool was right outside our door and we could walk wherever we wanted to go.

Clearwater reunion

Property was as advertised, it was clean and stocked with the basics and the location was just a block off beach. I could nitpic a few little things but they're not relevant to the overall experience, I'd have no issue recommending this vrbo to friends and family.

Great location!

Our condo at Clearwater Beach Suites was perfect! The property and location were prime for all the touristy stuff we wanted. The property is well maintained and better than the photos I viewed online. We would certainly book here again when we return to Clearwater.

Terrible Communication

While the location is great, the start to our vacation was not. We arrived at midnight, exhausted and simply wanting to go to sleep but were not able to get into our suite as the code that was sent to us didn’t work. We called the after-hours number, which stated someone would try to get back to us within the hour. A voice message was left. Several calls were made after that as well. We also emailed several people and even used Facebook messenger attempting to get ahold of someone. We didn’t get any sleep – uncomfortable pool chairs, loud drunk people walking by, loud car exhausts/stereos, street sweeper driving back and forth, the sprinklers came on, and it was a cold night. We wouldn’t have been able to go anywhere without bringing our luggage with us and we didn’t dare go check into a hotel, fearing that as soon as we did we'd get a call to remedy our situation. It was about 9 hours later when a nice woman on the housekeeping staff showed up and got in touch with someone for us. And a man did call once we were in the suite and apologized but was insensitive to the position we had just been in, saying “at least it was a nice night to be outside”, clearly not understanding how wildly inconvenient it was to be stranded on the first day of vacation. On top of not sleeping at all the night we arrived, we weren’t able to do much the following day because we were all so tired and felt like we missed out on a solid day of vacation time. We were told the software turns off at a certain time and comes back on a certain time (conveniently the duration we were locked out) and basically blamed us because we did not letting them know we would be arriving late at night. We will not be staying at any of these properties again.

Vacation getaway

The property was at a great location but parking was an issue. 6 people & only one parking space allowed and my mom was handicapped with a walker and we needed additional parking. The living room area was smaller than pictured but the rooms were nice and big. I forgot my swimsuit in the apartment and the cleaning crew did not turn it in so I lost a brand new suit that was left hanging in the bathroom.

Great location

The location is excellent. Bathroom could stand some attention window paint is peeling hot water is backwards and takes forever to get hot. Lacy in housekeeping is the bomb. She took care of everything we needed with a smile on her face. Towing is serious even while onloading

Would not book this property again

Check in was late. Management was rude. Was locked out for over an hour after we got codes. The code box was broken and the emergency key box was unable to be accessed through the code given other guest were helping with contacting management after I made several calls to the office with no response. I was not given accurate information for parking, my vehicle was almost towed away, I was parked on property but had wrong parking pass. The pass I had was for a lot 2 blocks away from the unit. Management was present and didn’t speak up on my behalf cost me 60.00 for tow driver to unload my car. Not enough linens for all 6 of us when asked for more was told by management “ this is not a hotel”. Some electric sockets did not work and the WiFi was not working. The pool was nice, clean. I will not stay on the this property or others owned by Belloise realty nor recommend it.

It was a cute little place. Pool was nice to have for the baby. No hot water though in the shower.

I have rented before elsewhere, so I would definitely do it again. Price wasn't to bad and with covid they were nice enough to extend our reservation out a year. Very happy overall stay. The hot water should be looked at for suite 106. We had non and other people around us had hot water.

Family Weekend Get Away

It was a great weekend! The best part about this property is the location, location, location! You are steps away from the beautiful beach and Frenchy's Rock Away Grill with tons of outdoor dining, and an outdoor bar open until 10:30 (last call). First floor access was a great. The property is gated with a security code, so I felt very safe. One afternoon was super windy, so we went back to the property and swam in the pool. It rained quite a bit, so that kept me up a bit at night, as it was dripping from the back balcony (loud). I have a bad back and the mattress was really terrible for me. I was one of those beds where you constantly feel the other person in bed with you moving. All the beds were very bouncy. No one else seemed to mind the beds as much as me. The bathroom really needs a remodel, especially the super loud fan! The light didn't always turn on, and the hot and cold water is reversed in the shower, and the paint peeling off by the window. The kitchen is pretty up to date, although we weren't there long enough to really use it. CVS is a block away. We bought beach chairs and snacks, which was really convenient. Everything was very clean and all towels (including beach) are provided. We did have to go to CVS and get more toilet paper because they only gave us one roll. All in all we had a great time and for a last minute booking, it was very fairly priced and I would do it again!

Quite small

Very small place. Bed not comfortable at all, no hot water in shower, found out handle wasn't put on correctly. It is right in the middle of everything, but it can be loud.

We had problems with the keypad to the room. I think the batteries were dead. Thank goodness to a key to room in a little lock box! But otherwise I stay was great. Close to beach and restaurants! Would stay there again!,

A special spot in Clearwater Beach

It worked well for the 4 of us. In the middle of all the action. It was totally enjoyable. Looking forward to doing it again next season.
