This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Clearwater Beach home is just across from the gorgeous white sands of pristine Clearwater Beach, furnished and appointed specially for the owner's use... Just 30 steps to the beach boardwalk and the powdery sands of the beach... Enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the wraparound upper deck... Relax on the back patio deck around the heated pool or enjoy the abundant outdoor furnishings and the lush tropical grounds. The comfort of this historic Clearwater Beach house will be beyond your expectations!
Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and beautiful Gulf of Mexico, just steps from the house to the beach boardwalk! A short stroll down the beach and you are upon Caledesi Island, renowned as one of the top 10 beaches in the world! Fine restaurants and shopping are nearby. Minutes to the Clearwater Beach Marina where deep-sea fishing boats leave daily for the Gulf and para-sailing boats abound.


Amenities: Granite kitchen and bar, heated pool, Weber gas grille, extensive covered porches and decks, all fully furnished, upper and lower; tropical shrubbery throughout the premises, dining table seating for 10, high speed internet connection, cable TV and much more!

Short trips to places like the historic sponge docks and famous Greek restaurants of Tarpon Springs. Our stay was really great with one down side. The heated pool wasn’t working and it was a big bummer. The owner was easy to get a hold of and tried getting someone there to fix it but it didn’t work out. It was a big reason we rented the house so it really was a drawback. I otherwise would have given 5 stars. The location to the beach was amazing and the house was really clean.

This is a beautiful property and excellent for families. The beach entrance is just across the street…so convenient! The pool on site is clean and well maintained and the host provides a beach wagon, beach toys, beach umbrellas, beach towels…and, on and on! There is a washer and dryer on site. The upstairs wraparound balcony is lovely and you can see the sunset from the balcony. The home is tastefully decorated. The host is beyond helpful, kind, and always available to answer questions and address any issues. The timely communication from the host was excellent and the host even checked in with us to inquire about our stay. Located in a neighborhood…it is a great place to stay and have peace and quiet. Several restaurants are nearby and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is less than 10 minutes from the property. The property has lush landscaping and the pool provides wonderful privacy. A real gem in Clearwater Beach!

Beautiful neighborhood . House very close to beach ,nice backyard. That being said stayed in house 10 years ago and has not been kept up. Same beds and mattresses needs painted and updated .

Such a nice house and fit our group perfectly. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. The house was in a great location and an easy walk to the Main Street. The house had everything we needed and was such a good time! Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location-easy to walk to town, steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for us to be comfortable. The upper deck is a little spot of serenity. We found everything we needed to make our meals. As many people mentioned, the back yard is a lovely oasis of quiet and privacy. The back deck and pool area is large enough for everyone to find a spot. Everything we needed for pool fun and beach activities was there on the deck and in the garage. A very enjoyable stay

Rented this unit at the last minute. Very nice place. Large sitting area, the bedrooms were a nice size and the location was great(close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the upstairs balcony. We would definitely rent this unit again

Perfect beach location

Very fun trip to Clearwater Beach. House is perfectly located across from beach access. Nice pool in back yard. Garage full of beach gear. House needs a bit of an update on beds/mattresses. It was still really a nice house for a family beach week.

Beautiful house beautiful beach

We stayed at the house shortly after 2 hurricanes moved through the area! The house manager contacted us thru text and photos and assured us the house was ready. It sure was it was clean beautiful and in a perfect spot to relax. Thank you it was a wonderful weekend!!

Wonderful family get away

Loved the location. The beach felt private during a very busy time of year. We were away from the craziness of the beach but could get to the excitement of town really easily when we wanted to. Lovely home. First time in Clearwater and we loved it!

Host was kind and very responsive. All beach necessities provided. Property is clean. Beach is 1 min away and quiet. 20 min walk to pier and restaurants. Had a nice time.
