Fun Facts:

Casa del Tren, the Spanish name for the Train House, is fondly named because of its unique location. Safety Harbor is an old railroad town and as such, one remote end of Casa del Tren's yard is bordered by the railway. Yes, a train does come by every now and then, typically 6 to 8 cars, that come and go in less than a minute. You may stay for days and never see or hear a single train. But if you are blessed with good luck and hear one passing by, would you please log it down and share it with us in the guest book? :)

To protect your investment and ensure a worry-free travel experience, we strongly recommend all our guests consider purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is firm. If you cancel outside the limits of our policy, you may not receive a full refund. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Note 2: Refund Policy
When a booking is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, we’re happy to issue a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as the payment processor charges this fee and cannot be reversed.

Note 3: Pet Policy
Dogs only, 25lbs or less. Well-trained, non-aggressive breeds only. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and the owner must pick up after their pets do their business in the yard. We accept larger dogs on a case-by-case basis. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we can discuss. There will be an additional $125 (+ FL Tax) added to all reservations including pets, for the additional cleaning required.
