Minutes away from beautiful gulf beaches. Also close to downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg & Clearwater.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and trundle bed (two twin beds) plus a large bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a queen blowup mattress. The second bathroom is between the two spare bedrooms.

⭐️ For little ones: pack & play crib, children’s table & chairs, high chair, baby safety gate, pool float, water play table, books and more.

All areas are available for guest use except the owner’s closets and garage. There is ample driveway space as well as street parking.

DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Pool is NOT heated, but does receive direct sunlight all day long. The temperature is typically consistent with the Gulf’s.
- Cars can be heard from outside the residence since it backs up to trees lining a main road.
- Snakes, lizards and bugs (such as ants, mosquitos, palmetto bugs, etc) are all native to our area. The house is treated regularly, but guests may still encounter any of the above. This is Florida— bugs happen! No refunds, no host liability.
- SmartTV’s with Netflix access. Guests will need to provide their own credentials for alternative streaming applications. No basic cable.
- There are security cameras around the perimeter of the house (which are not monitored while the home is occupied). The security alarm system is also disabled during guests’ stay.

- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old to book.

We expect our home/property to be respected and for guests to clean up after themselves.

The house is in the quiet residential subdivision of Bay Haven. Children frequently ride bikes through the neighborhood— PLEASE respect the speed limit.
