Pets
• Pets must be declared prior to arrival.
• Pet Fee: $100 for first pet, $50 for second.
• Clean up after your pet—a fine will be charged if not followed.

Complimentary Bike Rental
• Bikes are available by request (recommended before arrival). The actual bike model may varies from the picture.
• Subject to availability if requested during your stay.
• Rental form & photo ID required before use.


Personal Belongings
• Please take all personal items with you.
• Shipping is not available for forgotten belongings.

No Drugs / No Parties
• This is a strictly drug-free and party-free property.
• Violations may result in additional fees and immediate removal.

Additional Services
