Absolute perfect beach lifestyle

Summary:
You are 50 steps away from the 5th Avenue beach access and world-famous shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Located on a private road providing for maximum privacy . This three bedroom two bathroom (main) home has entry foyer that opens to a living area with high ceilings and large windows for natural light. Along with a beautiful separate guest house (one bedroom, one bathroom). Walk to restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet street right off the main road in IRB directly across from beach access.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay to answer questions and are local and willing to assist if possible. We have our vendors throughout the area as well should something be needed. Six guests are included in base price.

As always everything was awesome! Darcy is always a nice person to talk too and very helpful as well! The house is always clean and we left it the same way! Hope to keep going there every year if possible.

We had a great stay overall and would recommend this home—with a few caveats. The main house was beautiful, much larger than expected, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and groceries.However, we booked this home for the garage apartment, which ended up being unusable due to a strong musty, mildew smell. It was clean and dry but still had an overwhelming odor. My mom couldn’t sleep there and had to stay in the main house with us. The apartment was also much smaller and barer than pictured. I notified the host on day 3, and while she offered to come check it out, no refund was offered since I didn’t report it earlier.Other issues: construction materials left under vanities and in the yard, a broken gate, and a shed with no handle that was hard to open safely. That said, the shed was well-stocked with beach gear, and we added toys for future guests. The backyard was great for the kids, and there were lots of beach towels.You are given the bare minimum basics, so if you have a large group, be prepared to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc, and activities for kids. The AC and appliances worked great. Occasionally, there was a strong sewage smell outside, but it wasn’t constant.

Location was amazing! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops and beach shops . Perfect place for our dogs with the fenced in backyard. Plenty of space for everyone and updated throughout. Definitely would stay again

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The property location offers easy access to the beach & local dining within walking distance. The beach wagon & chairs came in handy. We bought an umbrella & left it at the property for the next guests to enjoy. Everything you may need was provided. I highly recommend this property. There's only 2 small things I would like to suggest. The pictures on VRBO may need updated. The pictures listed outside & inside are different in person. Also there was not a blowdryer as indicated in the description. Like I said these were too minor things. Overall, excellent place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

Cutest house - Great sleeping arrangements, super nice master bath, 6 beach chairs and wagon but no cooler. Host is super responsive & let us check in early! 3 minute walk to beach, lots of restaurants & bars nearby.

Family Vacation

Very nice, spacious and comfortable. However, seems renovations had not been completed thus creating some minor inconveniences. However, we had a very positive experience and would consider staying there in a future family vacation.

50th Birthday getaway

Perfect for a family or group. Short walk to the beach and nearby shopping and entertainment. This house was perfect for our group of ten friends. Plenty places to sleep and be comfortable, roomy.

Perfect stay for groups to play

Great location, just a quick walk to the beach, next door is an ice cream place that has way too many flavors to choose from! Several restaurants in walking distance too. The house was a perfect size. Everyone had plenty of room and lots of beds. Our stay was 9 nights and a couple of those nights we had family visit and the house accommodated everyone comfortably, but the majority of the time it was just the 3 of us and was still the perfect size.

Weekend Getaway

Very clean and spacious. Our 25 yr old loved the In-law suite. Vending machine was a little different. Water came in handy. Over all GREAT! Plans to return soon!

Girl’s Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing and we loved that it was secluded but close to the beach. Also a great distance from CVS, restaurants, and bars. The house was so cute and clean. Thanks for all the beach chairs and toys left for us to use. Only suggestion was to get an air filtration system for the back cottage. Thanks for sharing

WOW!

This place was great from start to finish. We got to Indian Rocks early and they let us drop our stuff off so we could make room for groceries. When we got back it was still early, but they let us go ahead and unpack groceries/luggage. The house had more than enough room for our group of 6 and the pictures doesn't do this place justice. Very nice guest house, which i have seen negative comments about. My wife and i stayed in it and didn't have to, but loved it. The place was fully stocked with everything you need. The walk to the beach was so easy, and i wasn't sure why, but no matter what time you walked out on the beach there was always plenty of room for my big ole tent. My wife said the only negative was no coat hangers LOL. We left some :) Thanks so much for letting us stay at your house. We will certainly be back :)

Beautiful home!

I cannot begin to explain how awesome this home was! It had SO much space, plenty of utensils in the kitchen which was a big help because we bought stuff to make breakfast & lunch and even dinner a few times. It was very clean when we arrived and even had shampoo/conditioner/body soap stocked in all showers so even less to pack. Beach towels were available as well. The dishwasher and washer & dryer set was very convenient, too! It was a few minute walk to the 5th avenue beach access (which is much less crowded than the others) and only had to cross the street once. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops & even a CVS. The host was available when needed, and everyone in the area was super hospitable. We could not have picked a better house, & area to spend our vacation! An absolutely wonderful experience and we would love to stay here again!

2024 Family Vacation

I don't even know where to start! This was the best experience that we could have had! Our beach house was BEAUTIFUL and exceeded all expectations. I was so nervous as it was our first time planning/booking something ourselves. The place had EVERYTHING we could have needed. The host was available and answered all questions and was upfront about anything that would come up during our stay. She was kind and helpful, and attentive. The house homes 3 beautiful bedrooms inside, with a wonderful open kitchen/living room. There was foosball for entertainment which was a bonus. There were TVs in all the rooms and the master shower was AMAZING! There was an in law suite outside. It was perfect for after beach showering, but could have been used as a private living quarters for our stay if it had been needed (complete with futon/bed/full kitchen/bathroom). The back yard was large and fenced in, with a wonderful grill and outdoor seating. There was a shed with many outdoor beach accessories/chairs! Most of all, it had perfect access to the most beautiful beach setting! Perfect sunsets, clear water, cross walk, and a SHORT walk. I wouldn't have changed anything about the access to the water. We were in walking distance of Mexican food, ice cream, seafood, the amazing Crabby Bills. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience. It was modern, clean, fully stocked, laundry appliances.... everything we needed to make a week worth of memories. I can't wait to be back 💙
