Welcome to Bikini Beachhouse by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! This highly desired pool home is just a two-minute stroll from the beach, with some views of the water. Situated on Indian Rocks Beach, this property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It's divided into two living areas and two kitchens—ideal for large families. Each level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. The master bedrooms feature king-sized beds and stylish, modern bathrooms. Middle rooms have full-over-queen bunks, and the third bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms include smart TVs, and each living room features a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a memorable family getaway!

Need to know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests, but we do not guarantee what will be there. We will always supply a wagon
-If the booking person is between ages 18-25, we will request a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera on the north east corner facing the driveway, another is on the south west corner facing the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.


Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)
