The Space:

This modern, one-level home is the perfect escape for families and groups of friends seeking both comfort and convenience. The open-concept main living area, bathed in natural light, welcomes you to sink into the cozy sectional sofa. Gather around to stream your favorite shows on the large 75-inch TV or curl up with a good book in the lounge chair, feeling completely at ease.



After a day of exploring the nearby beaches, retreat to the primary bedroom, where a plush queen bed offers restorative sleep. Unwind with a movie on the flatscreen TV with Roku, or enjoy a quiet moment in the lounge chair, perfect for catching up on emails or scrolling through your socials. What’s more, the ensuite bathroom offers total privacy, featuring a stunning glass walk-in shower and a spacious vanity area, making it easy to get ready for an evening out.



The additional guest bedrooms are equally inviting, with a queen bed in the second room and two twin beds in the third, each with its own Roku-equipped TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax. The guest bathroom, with a shower-tub combo, is available for both guest bedrooms to use.



In the mornings, gather around the elegant hardwood dining table for a homemade breakfast, prepared in the fully equipped modern kitchen that’s outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a beautifully tiled backsplash and shaker cabinets.  Do you prefer to eat al fresco? The lanai is available with a four-person table to enjoy your meals.



Our home’s favorite feature is the expansive grassy yard, where the fun continues. Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole, or relax in the shade of the screened-in lanai. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs, sharing stories and laughter under the stars. And when it's time for a BBQ, the grill is ready to go when you’re in the mood for a sunset cookout. Plus, we’ve provided beach chairs, towels, and toys, so you're all set for a day of fun at the beaches just minutes away. This home truly offers everything you need for a memorable vacation getaway.



Located just a short drive from Madeira Beach's pristine sands and the vibrant attractions of John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, this home offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're seeking relaxation or excitement, this St. Petersburg retreat provides the perfect base for your coastal getaway.

Security cameras are in use on the outside of the home.  No cameras are inside or have a view of the inside of the home.

Access to the property via keyless locks and the codes will be provided before check-in.
