The Space:

Discover our exquisite pool house in Seminole, Florida, located just 5-10 minutes from stunning beaches! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offers king beds in each bedroom for maximum comfort. The living room is equipped with a full-sized pull-out couch and twin trundle beds, ideal for families or groups. Indulge in endless fun with a foosball table, life-sized Connect 4, and cornhole. Please note there is currently no washer or dryer.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.







Heated Pool: The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.
